   Just had my kids hair trimmed ready for school. Tracy was wonderful. It's no easy feat cutting a 2 year old, a 5 year old and a 7 year old. She was great with my little ones. The youngest doesn't like loud noises so she cut it all rather than use clippers. They had a little seat for him to sit on. He had a full mop of hair that now looks absolutely fabulous. She was great with my older girls. Took about an hour to cut all 3 of them. It was also much more reasonable in price than other places. £10 for the toddler and £16 each for the two older ones. I would definitely recommend this hair dressers. There is some parking out the front but there are also side streets to park on. It is also right by a bus stop so getting there it's quite accessible. There is a chair by the door so if you were trying to get in with a wheel chair this might be more tricky. Overall a great experience and we will be going back there.

   Always a treat to get my hair cut at Torio. Warm and welcoming and know exactly how you want your hair. All round lovely experience and I always look forward to my trips to Torio. Highly recommend them.

   Staff extremely rude. All three staff were sitting around doing nothing. I came into the shop and they told me were fully booked. No apology no explanation. They don't accept card payment and tell you to withdraw cash from the machine which charges you a fee. There is so many other hairdressers in the area to go to. I would never go to them again.
