   I had such a wonderful time at One Stop Dreadlock. The deep cleansing treatment was so lovely and it left my scalp and hair feeling so cleansed and fresh. The ambience of the salon too is so welcoming and delightful, and it was lovely to meet and chat with Hadassa (sorry if I’ve misspelled your name here!) and Sarah, both lovely and welcoming ladies, thank you ladies.    OneStopDreadlock really is an excellent loctitians salon! This was my first appointment after they were recommended by a colleague and I was highly impressed with the service. The loctitians Sarah (who owns the business) and Hadassah were extremely professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, highly skilled and very friendly. The were very communicative making sure that they kept me informed about everything they did to my locs all the way through. I took to both of them straight away and was able to converse easily and even have a few laughs. The salon was very well maintained, looked good and was easy to find. An outstanding stellar service by highly skilled loctitians and a great salon, that's what I wanted and that was thankfully what I got! I'd definitely recommend the incredible professionals at OneStopDreadlock to anyone I know that has locs or wants to begin their loc journey. I look forward to using their services again as I've already booked my next appointment as I was really pleased with my much needed re-locing, thank you very much Sarah and Hadassah.

   I was honestly quite disappointed with their customer service. I wish I was writing this review after actually using their services but it was nearly impossible to book an appointment in the first place. After almost 3 weeks of late responses via emails, ignored phone calls or ignored DMs on instagram, I simply decided to go elsewhere (where I was scheduled immediately) even though Onestopdreadlock was highly recommended to me. Looking back through their reviews and instagram comments, I see that the issue with how difficult it is to book an appointment has been recurring. I understand how busy certain seasons can be but the very least they could do is either update their appointment booking system or respond to customers with more information and in a timely manner. I can’t overstate how disappointed I am that I didn’t get the chance to go here.

   I've been coming to Sarah for 4 years. She did my starting locs and now continues with retwists. Only Sarah has ever done my hair and I love it! Thank you so much. Would I recommend? Absolutely Yes! Update: Closer to 5 years now. Now accepts card and sells swimming caps in various sizes.
