I was diagnosed after I left eastglade and they never told while I was using there services I feel they could of told me it’s just a complete waste of time going there as I’ve only made progress because I’ve left them

Appalling. I have been in the care? Of this establishment and I have been lied to and not listened to any thing I had to say. Altered meds without consulting me first. Called one of the team on a lie or more. Totally denied he said anything. I would never trust these people again. I get better results from talking to my ferret.

Failures of this place have cost people their lives. Look online SHSC NHS trust awards. They do not serve you or I; they serve themselves. The promote their own wellbeing & service providers {sic} careers as they use us to do so, yet provide us with very little back in return. This new 111 NHS mental health line that went live from 27 August that is eventually going to replace the OOH service. It is a complete waste of time. It is The Samaritans & Rethink but run under the NHS flag. 111 opt 2. It is a call centre manned by untrained and unqualified mental health call centre operatives.

Trust the review rating. If I could give them 0 stars I would ! I wish this place never existed. I was thrown into therapy with absolutely no support. I was just left to deal with it all by myself. Come once a week for them to bring up the worst feeling you have felt to them make you feel trapped in those feeling. They’re not trained, they just hire anyone to work for them. Avoid this place all together if you struggle with your mental health like me, I really want to save you from the awful experience I’ve had here and from reading the reviews I can’t get over how much I’m relating to their experiences and which I had seen it sooner !

My daughter was discharged from a 3 month, section 3 stay in hospital into the care of East Glade. They did almost nothing even though we told them time and again she was in rapid decline. I am now waiting for the police and ambulance to attend my daughter as East Glade have failed her and my familly.

To be onist, my brother has been, receiving what is meant to be support and care for years and as much as there is visible evidence of no capacity in all area, you would still send the person your meant to Care for, back in same situation. If things are not done for my brothers well being I will just take it to media and higher. Communication and action is the key for a professional environment, which service clearly lacks

Absolutely appalling. I would rather put my loved ones into the thunder dome than allow this “team” of uncaring pen pushing box tickers to look after anyone. They talk the talk but don’t walk the walk. They won’t give you ANY management names or put you through. “Every manager is in a meeting”…. SaVe oUr NhS
