Love this Hair Salon - such talented and always most welcoming staff. I've had my hair done here several times now and never leave disappointed. Went in yesterday and now ready for Christmas with my newly cut, coloured and highlighted hair. So pleased with how it looks! Thanks again Fiss you are amazing! Would highly recommend this salon.
Great location and the women who work there are very professional and welcoming. The lovely lady Samantha cut my hair and curled it too. She did an incredible job and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She listened to what I needed and delivered great results. I definitely will be returning and would highly recommend this salon to anyone. Friendly service and reasonable prices. 10/10.
My big day where trust in a hairdresser is paramount. Hebe met this requirement fully and helped me as the bride, 2 brides maids and my mum impeccably. I had an updo which was so spectacularly done and I felt confident, secure and most of all beautiful. All my entourage said the same. Thank you so very much Hebe and I would highly recommend.
I booked a wedding hair up-do appointment (more than two weeks ago) for 1pm and arrived early. When I checked in, the receptionist confirmed with me that it was my wedding hair appointment. At that point, the stylist (who was still with another client) called out that she would be “10 minutes more.” I expected to be seated around 1:10–1:15. By 1:25, however, my stylist was still busy and had actually only just started cutting her client’s hair after drying. I then overheard her tell the client that she would be taking a break between her appointments, which made it clear I’d be waiting much longer. By that stage, I had already waited 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment on what should have been a very special day. Since I was on a tight schedule, I felt I had no choice but to leave. When I told the receptionist I was leaving because it was my wedding day, and I had noticed it would be a much longer wait, his response was careless, a shrug and a quick “sorry” with no genuine concern or apology. I can’t comment on the quality of cuts, colours, blow-dries or up-dos, because I never got the chance to sit down. But if you book here, expect long delays and little consideration for your time. This was meant to be an exciting and special appointment, but instead I left feeling very disappointed and let down.
FIG did the absolute most perfect job!!! I adore her and my hair looks amazing, and the shampooing was the BEST!!! I also have gone to the same hairdresser for 30 years, and promised never to get my haircut anywhere else, and then called Fig two days ago to make another appointment for this morning for her to give me a haircut… the best ever. I’m so happy with my new haircut and she’s such a sweetheart. I met her sister and everyone that works there and they’re wonderful people. I highly recommend her for haircuts, and blowdry’s… or if you’re just having a bad day, I need someone to cheer you up. She’s adorable. I left smiling and keep smiling every time I think of her.
I have been having my hair styled at Hebe for a very long time. Sam does my hair and she is simply the best hairdresser I have ever been to. Her hair colouring and styling skills are amazing.
My wife loved the staff and the comfort of the salon but more importantly her hair, which was done by Sandra, looks amazing and the price was reasonable. Thoroughly recommended this salon.
Wonderful experience. I had a wash and blowdry by David. What can I say? Just exceptional. Loved my hair. It came out so smooth and it lasted a few days as well. David is so friendly. I felt at ease as it was my first time in there. Will come back next time I'm in London.
