   I had such a wonderful experience at Cocole Hair Salon in Pimlico! All the competent staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They really listened to what I wanted, gave me great and tailored advice, and the result was even better than I expected. The salon itself is clean, cosy and relaxing - a real Italian hidden gem in the area. I left feeling refreshed, confident and already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommended!

   Had the oddest experience here the other week. Just moved to the area and went in and asked for the price of a trim and blow dry. Was told £85 by a lady, who I now understand to be the owner, so I booked an appointment for the next day. She was very surly, but I figured maybe she was having a bad day. The same lady cut my hair, and said nothing to me the whole time, except when asking me what I wanted doing with my hair. She didn’t ask any other questions and just stared at me blankly. I’d lived in Italy for five years, so I tried to make conversation and was met with no answers, so I thought perhaps she didn’t speak a lot of English. And I didn’t want to embarrass myself with my poor Italian. The hair cut was not great and not what I’d asked for, and I had to wear it up in a ponytail for a month or so until it grew out a bit. I have thick and fine hair, and I’ve had a couple of hairdressers in the past really struggle with how to cut it. When I came to pay, the bill was £120. I explained she’d said to me yesterday it was £85, so that’s what I’d come prepared to pay. She said that was only for a cut and a blow dry was extra. I sucked it up and paid, as I didn’t want to get into a fight about it, but I felt truly duped. Alas, I won’t go back, which is a shame as it’s so close to me and has many great reviews.

   I ve been waiting few weeks to write this review because I wanted to see how the cut looks and it s amazing. I am still getting compliments about my new haircut, it s the perfect length and perfect cut for my frizzy unmanageable hair. 100% worth every penny and I definitely going back. It' s very quite and relaxing environment, 1to1 with the owner with an incredible experience. Very happy that I found this place.

   I do not have enough words to describe my happiness and how much appreciate the good job that Antonella does anytime I go to her shop. She carefully listens to you and after she gives suggestions in order to reach great results. I have been coming here since last summer and I have always been more than satisfied with the service that Antonella and her daughter Giorgia offered me. They are so nice and thoughtful! It is not easy to find a hairdresser who works with such commitment, passion and professionalism like Antonella. My mother and I will not leave you anymore!!

   I cannot be more satisfied with the color Antonella achieved on my hair, it’s the perfect natural red. Besides, my hair grew so much since I became her regular client, I’ve been trying for ages to let it grow, and only lately I noticed a change.    So happy to have found this salon and Antonella. She understands hair like no other hairdresser in London I have gone to in many years. I waited a few months after the hair colouring and highlights I did at Cocola and I am so impressed with the long lasting results and how good my hair looks. She got the colour I wanted spot on too.    I don’t usually write hair salon reviews, but I can’t even begin how impressed I am with Antonella. When it comes to haircutting and styling, this hairdresser is the ultimate example of excellence.I felt welcome straight away and I realised I was in the right place after so many years in London. I have finally found my hairdresser. You can speak freely and she will honestly tell you what she thinks is best for your style or happy to suggestions and follow your hair beauty needs.I strongly recommend Antonella.I am a happy customer.

   Finally a hairdresser who understands hair texture and works WITH it! I’ve waited 2 months before leaving this review, because I wanted to see if I still loved my haircut as much as I did coming out of the salon. And I’m pleased to say: this is the best hair cut I have ever been given. Worth every penny. Not only did Antonella take time to understand my hair texture, how it naturally behaved, and the shape of my face; but she managed to cut it in a way that now allows me to let it air-dry and still look great (which for my type of wavy hair, feels like a miracle). I looked so glamourous coming out of the salon. But Antonella’s true craftsmanship is that she made it possible now for me to feel glamourous every time I let my hair air-dry and it still falls exactly in place and moves so nicely. She’s very good!

Antonella showed a true passion to customer care and I fully trusted her advice to get the results I really wanted.
