   Terrible service and horrible attitude from the staff. Half the time they're not even listening to what the customer wants. They did a terrible job with my two girls and they were rude and unprofessional.

   Nicola was brilliant. I went in wanting to cut all my hair off to make it easier to manage due to long term illness. Nicola was lovely and gave me a great low maintenance and easy to style haircut that has made life so much easier. Now i can wash and go in five mins or spend an extra five mins styling to look good. Thank you Nicola! I will def be going back.

   I went there with my mother. She got a beautiful haircut and loved it. But as a young adult, I cannot recommend this place to younger adults. I never sat down and got asked what I wanted. The hairstylist talked most the time. Which I do not mind however she talked so much she ignored all my requests. She did nothing I asked for and did everything she wanted. I wanted curtains bangs or something to frame my face and she said no, my face is too small. She gave me a shampoo and a cut even though I requested blow dry. She only cut one layer, even know I asked her for shaggy type of hair. She said I couldn't have too many layers because how long, I couldn't get any bangs because she was worried it would be too much for me. Even though I've had all types of hair before. My parting was not center at all, and was a weird zigzag. I believe she didn't have the skill for it. She was a lovely lady but I got thrown out before she even moved on the next customer. This is the last time I come here. I got my fringe done around 4 years ago and they never centered it. Young adults to teenagers avoid this place. I wasn't listened to as a younger adult but my mum was listened to as a older generation. Can't help but thinl is ageism is to play in this.

   I have been using this hairdressers for about 3 years. Each of the stylists are experienced and good at their job. They listen to your requirements and carry it out perfectly. Unfortunately you are unable to book, but if you need a hair cut/restyle in a hurry, just go and await your turn.

   I was nervous of using Starcuts after a bad experience several years ago, but the staff were fantastic and I am so so pleased with my haircut. It was a new style with lots taken off, but the hairdresser cut to perfection. 100% recommend
