   Ingrid! Ingrid! Ingrid! Thank you!!!!!!! In Vauxhall or Clapham - you are always my go to! My mom and I wanted a new do for NYE. New and fabulous was how we left thanks to Ingrid’s magic skills. My mom’s hair is Afro and mine is waist length thick curly hair. Flowing locks of gorgeous resulted with hair treatment, cut and blow out. Ingrid was also amazing with my mom.

   Another visit with Ingrid. She honestly always knows how to please and make you feel fully transformed. I came in with a head full of greys and left feeling like a totally new woman full of confidence again! Never a fault with her service and always met with a glowing smile to make your day. I would fully recommend her and wouldn’t change stylist. I will follow her anywhere! Thank you again!!

   I had Ingrid as my colourist and she did a fantastic job. Really friendly and takes good care of you as for her colouring job, amazing absolutely what I asked for. She’s really efficient and experienced in her craft. The salon itself is spacious, staff are friendly and caring. I definitely recommend!

   10000/10 can recommend Delian from the Clapham salon. I can honestly say it was the best haircut and styling I’ve ever had, pictures won’t do it justice! Was super friendly, took his time and was very helpful, gave great product advice and hair tips. The hair cut was exactly what I asked for, even better than the photos I had shown. Thank you!!! Will be back again.

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had my hair done at this salon over a month ago now and i am still trying to claim a refund for it. My hair was absolutely ruined and my confidence and self esteem has been shattered by the poor service I was given and the lack of care and compasson I received following my bad experience. I had a balyage with a toner, moisture treatment and a blowdry. Before I had my appointment i stated that I wanted any brassy streaks to be taken out and i showed a reference picture of what i wanted. (This was a picture of my hair previously as I wanted to be realistic) i was told this could work and i trusted this salon to put my vision into reality. By the end of the appointment my whole head was brassy. I had mutliple different colours in my hair and following this my hair has been left dry and damaged. I immediately contacted customer service regarding this who have been unhelpful and prove that this company does not care about their customers. Ive been consistently ignored by their customer service and when i finally recieved a response i was invited back in for a colour correction. I stated that i am a student paramedic and im working over 100 hours in two weeks alongside my part time job and university and recieved no compassion other than terms and conditiosn sent to me stating in order to get a refund i had to go into the salon despite me sending clear pictures. I did not initially want a colour correction as my trust had been broken and i really did not want to ruin my hair further. Eventually as I was forced to go in, i went in to get my refund and one of the stylists convinced me that she could fix my hair. Throughout my appointment she consistently kept bringing another stylist over looking at my hair and trying to figure out what the last person had done to my hair. She repeatedly kept saying it was really bad and i was completely embarassed throughout the appointment knowing that the damage that had been done was probably irreversible. The stylist was unable to put bleach on my hair due to the damage that had already been done and told me what she was doing was only a temporary fix. My hair was then done the way it had to be done due to the damage not to what i actually wanted in the first place because of what had already been done and i am now forced to grow my hair out to get the colour out of my hair. When drying my hair as i have naturally curly hair the stylist attempted to use a diffuser which would not attach to the hairdryer and kept falling off everytime she would use it. I was then left to walk out with my hair half wet and frizzy. My confidence has been ruined and my hair is beyond repair. I spent 170 pounds to do my hair and the least i couldve had was customer service and compassion that the one time I wanted to treat myself I had been let down and disappointed now affecting the way I feel about myself when i look in the mirror. Customer service began ignoring me despite me emailing multiple times. I called the salon multiple times to chase this up where i was told someone would get back to me and still no one has over a month later! Having a good heart and trust in this salon only made my hair worse and i now have no choice but to leave my hair alone knowing i am not happy with it to repair the damage that has been done! I have attached pictures so you can all see what this salon really does. Please refund me! The picture of me with my hair straight shows the reference picture of WHAT I WANTED and the rest of the pictures shows what I got. I have also attached pictures of my curls before and after

   I arrived at my appointment with very dry, damaged hair and in desperate need of a refreshed look. Ingrid was so great; she really took the time to understand what I was looking for and advised me on the best course of action. I am so so happy with the end result - my hair feels healthy again and the colour and cut is stunning. Ingrid is also such a lovely person as well as being an excellent hair stylist. 100% would recommend.

   I had Chanté styling my hair and she did such a fabulous job! I had super long thick hair that was getting messy all the time so I went in for a new look. She washed my hair really well (it smells divine) then cut and blow dried it beautifully and added some gentle curls. It’s so soft and chic and so much easier to manage. Love this place !

   Claudia was very sweet and lovely. She took time to understand what I wanted from my hair appointment. She took time to be gentle with my hair. She gave me so many helpful tips and products to use and not use for my hair type. Lovely conversation and make me feel really comfortable. Full balayage with warm tones, using the air touch making balayage really look natural. Love love the end results. Would definitely recommend for everyone. Definitely gonna be booking my next appointment with her.

   Appalling haircut and diabolical customer service. My first time at the salon and I wanted a blunt bob. Got this monstrosity. Weird, random chunks taken out at the top of my head and at the front of my hair. It was styled with a embarrassingly curly blow dry so I didn't see the full extent of the damage until I washed it a week later on Xmas eve (I wash my hair once a week and tie it up most of the time). I was shocked how awful it actually was. I knew it wasn't good because I had had a hard time even putting it up in hair tie (thanks to the bizarre and insanely short 'layers') but post-shower, it was clearly a complete mess. Complained as soon as the Xmas break was over and I'd be able to make it into the salon. I didn't get a reply for nearly three weeks, despite several emails and Instagram and Facebook messages. I only got a reply when I started commenting on social media posts. The reply was so disinterested, essentially "sorry you're disappointed but you didn't complain within a week so nothing we can do". It was the Christmas period so obviously it was unreasonable to expect I'd come into the salon in this time period, but clearly it was a company disinterested. There is no way they'd have replied to me unless I started publicly shaming them into it. I'm sure there's a bunch of great hairdressers at the salon and I'm not criticising everyone there. I'm criticising the incredibly low standard the salon sets for some of the hairdressers there, and the complete indifference to a client receiving a really awful haircut. I'll be finding a hairdressers that actually cares.
