I write many reviews. The Health Centre Staff And Doctors I have always found them helpful And efficient never had any issues.
Overall it's an improvement to the previous surgery on the site, however the NHS issues overall are affecting the service received. As someone with chronic illness, not being able to consistently see a doctor who has prior knowledge and understanding of my medical history is now becoming a roadblock in terms of moving forward with both understanding and treatment. However I can say that when you are in need of an urgent appointment, the quality of care is good - and thorough. The issues aren't the fault of the surgery or staff, but one of overall beauracrasy - which hopefully can be resolved.
Both my husband and I have had our first COVID vaccines here in the last week and were really impressed with the process. Really efficient and well-thought through. Staff are getting through so many people but it didn’t feel rushed. Well done to the team!
Just been for the Covid vaccine, the organisation was superb, and everyone from the car park attendants through to the helpers and the doctor were so friendly and courteous. Never had any issues previously when visiting or speaking to the centre, keep up the good work.
Visited the centre this morning, 9/1/21 for my COVID vaccination. I was impressed with the organisation that had been set in place. Sufficient staff were on duty, who had been well briefed, and were patient and helpful. This allowed the people attending to be quickly vaccinated and on their way. Well done to ALL the staff that were involved. I am very grateful to have had my first vaccination and hope soon to have some protection from this terrible virus.
