Called up asking for a body check up. But they didn't know anything and said they will call us later when they have news in 2 days. What if theres actually something wrong with our body and they tell us they dont know about this.! This is very disappointing.
Better than the main surgery
Can never get an appointment.
Staff are brilliant as are the doctors. However the practice manager is a bit of an issue. Very rude and arrogant. Also lied straight to my face. Refuses to accept there are issues with prescription handling. I always have to call and get them sent to the pharmacy when it should already have been done.
