   I have been diagnosed with coeliacs disease with the help of Jay. I first saw Jay in 2003, i had been under her care since then on an off. More recently my weigh loss journey as re triggered health issues with are helped with a regular Colonic. Jay is one of a kind in many ways. She has been a colonic hydrotherapist for years, nowadays with a trend of influencers speaking of the benefits of colonic therapy there have been set ups which don’t offer their service Jay gives. Her expertise is what I trust thoroughly. The day after I feel reset and I truly see the whole body and mind benefit to gut care.

Thanks to Jay’s knowledge and advice several appointments later everything is now as it should be and I feel 100% better.Following her advice with some adjustments to my diet I no longer have any more pain or bloating so I would definitely recommend her treatment.

   I met the extremely knowledgeable Jay this afternoon for my first colonic treatment. I cannot recommend Jay enough. What she doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing. She has turned my 23 yr battle with (what I have been told was chronic IBS) round in 2 hours. Teaching me about the body, food, how the digestive system works, all my ailments and conditions and how they are all linked. So glad I have started this journey with her. Thank you Jay

Also, I have been receiving osteopathic treatment from Vanessa for several years and she is excellent. Having tried several other osteopaths in the past, I am confident that she is very good at what she does.
