   Had my hair colored by Sel and another lovely girl that works there, unfortunately can't remember her name but it begins with an A. 10/10 experience. They really took care of me making sure I was comfortable and offered me a coffee. My hair colour took a while because the hair didn't lift initially but they were so patient and made sure everything came out perfectly even though I overstayed after closing. Definitely recommend them both!

   booked for a cut and blow dry as Leanne was recommended to me but unfortunately I could not make my appointment as my grandad sadly passed away on this day. I phoned to cancel albeit I was very distressed and upset due to the passing of my grandad and was told by Leanne herself that I would still need to pay for the missed appointment as I did not give enough notice!! she was very rude on the phone and had no sympathy. She tried to say that I can book again but I would need to pay a "deposit" which was fine but then when asked how much left I would need to pay on the day, the price was the same not deducting the deposit...… how can this be a deposit then??? clearly she was trying to make up for the missed appointment and trying to catch me out but I was not having it!! due to the lack of customer care I will not be going to this hairdressers again and I will not be recommending her to anyone either.

   I went into this hairdressee shop the first time and asked for a hair cut. Showed a picture of me with the style the angle of the cut and the lenght of how i wanted it. As i had that style done it before.It does not even resemble the one i showed the pictire and wanted. Than the hairdresser tried to explain it away and seing how bad it was did not want to have my hair touched again by her. Even guys who usually don't notice things like that commented on how bad it is and "it will grow, don't worry" waist of my time, money and hair.

   Fantastic salon with fantastic hairdressers & beauticians! Amy knows exactly what I want without me even having to say it and I always leave feeling a million times better! Leeanne and Amy are such a great team, can’t wait for my next chop ❤️
