Amazon Salon did an amazing job with my child’s haircut. The stylist (Korell) was patient, friendly, and really knew how to make kids feel comfortable. The salon was clean, welcoming, and clearly set up with children in mind, which made the whole experience stress-free for both kids and parents. The haircut itself was exactly what we asked for—neat, even, and stylish. My child was happy throughout the appointment and left smiling, which says a lot! The staff took their time and didn’t rush, making sure everything looked perfect. Highly recommend Amazon Salon for kids’ haircuts. We’ll definitely be coming back

Came in today for a nail appointment. I was warmly greeted, offered water, and my coat was taken. My nail stylist, Samantha, was extremely accommodating and worked around me having to do work emails. She helped me choose a design that perfectly fit the event I was attending. She was attentive throughout the appointment and made sure to work with me on nail length, color, and finish. Will definitely be coming back again!

I went here for a fringe trim. My fringe was long, straight, but slightly choppy at the ends to add volume and texture. I asked to keep the same cut, showed photos, and emphasized how important it was to maintain the length. I walked out with half my fringe gone. The ‘choppiness’ turned into a badly done ‘fade’ that makes it look like I don’t have enough hair. Instead of keeping my fringe, it was basically removed, and now I have to style it to the sides - otherwise, I look completely ridiculous. There are two layers of the fringe, one being the actual fringe (uneven and very short), and the other one faded (thin and easily detectable - just really badly done ‘layering’). I ended up crying because the fringe isn’t fixable, and I’ve never had such a bad haircut in my life. It was such a simple request, yet the result is completely different from what I asked for. The stylist defended herself by saying it looked ‘choppy’ like in the photo - but in the photo, the fringe was long, full, and straight, not half gone and thinning. I didn’t ask for my hair chopped off. Absolutely horrible experience.

Update to owners response: I had booked an appointment in advance and travelled to your salon, only to be turned away without the service I had scheduled. This level of disorganization and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I feel compelled to share my experience so that future clients do not have to endure the same inconvenience. Your response to my initial one-star review was appreciated, but I must emphasize that this issue goes beyond a simple scheduling conflict. As a paying customer, I expect to be accommodated for the services I book and plan my day around. In this case, I was forced to waste my time and resources traveling to your salon without receiving any services. Although I understand that stylists may have their areas of expertise, it is ultimately the salon's responsibility to manage appointments and ensure that the appropriate stylist is available for each client. The fact that the stylist specializing in short haircuts was busy with other clients during my appointment time is a clear indication of poor scheduling and organization on your part. While I appreciate your offer to discuss the issue further, I believe that the appropriate course of action would be to compensate me for my wasted time and inconvenience, along with a sincere apology from the salon. This gesture would demonstrate that you value your clients' time and are committed to improving the customer experience at your salon. I cannot recommend this salon enough, particularly the manager and stylist Michele who did the most amazing job with my hair. I’ve never felt in such safe hands when it comes to having my hair coloured! Michele listened to my request for light blonde highlights and asked questions to fully understand what I wanted, he advised me on what would work best and he delivered beyond what I could have imagined. He was also such a pleasure to chat to during my appointment. I am so so happy with my hair, the colour and cut is perfect, exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much Michele!

I did balayage and hair cut one day ago. The staff are very nice. They are very friendly and helpful. However, the result was sad. About Balayage: i showed the pictures of what I want and I was told that the color will not be as light as I expected. I understand that cuz I have Asian dark hair. However, the result is completely different from what I showed. The one I want should be some highlights+half head balayage in ash blonde( I should have known it before I went there). The result I got is full head balayage only in a yellow caramel color. About hair cut: I told the stylist that I cut my hair by myself before and I messed it up. Some parts are too short. I would like my hair to be trimmed some to make it natural. However, when I was home, I found that my back hair was cut shortly partially! There are more short hair now!!! My hair turns into two layers completely!!!! I have been so down and cried for many days. I am so disappointed about this experience and I will never go again. Besides, I don’t want anyone to be punished because of this so I will not post any name of the stylist. I just want to share my real experience.
