    Got thru on the phone at 8.24 (Christmas week so w as No 27 on waiting list) reporting a lung infection . To Dr rang back 8.40. In surgery at urgent clinic 10.20 for thorough examination then out to chemist with prescription by 10.50. Superb service!!!

    Met the most unelpful receptionist at dronfield medical Centre today she really does excel in not helping. Sent me to the podiatry reception which was closed asked her when I came back down and it was basically tough not my problem phone them. Great customer service the jokes about doctor receptionist must have been based on her 6.11.25

    This has been my G.P surgery for the past 21years and although thankfully not required a lot of input from them till this past 7 months have always been impressed with all staff I have encountered and the care I have received at the practise , however the care I have received this past few months has been exceptional. I have had seamless treatment from the ordering of investigations including scans and blood tests and been kept fully kept up to date with everything including test results. I have been fortunate that I have been seen by the same G.P throughout - Dr Andrew Lowry who I cannot praise highly enough.I must also say that every member of staff I have encountered here have been amazing- so I just want the powers to be to know what a great team and a great job you all do- you make a difference to people who may be going through a worrying time .Thank you Mrs Georgina Thompson.

    After recently moving from a surgery in Sheffield, I am blown away by the service we have received over the past month. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the doctors go that extra mile. Blood tests completed very quickly. I cannot stress what a great practice this is. Thank you !!

    I've recently started a neurodivergent referral for my daughter and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. I was dreading the process, however it has been made really pleasant with short wait times on the phone and really prompt action when any information has been left with admin. The staff have been so polite, it makes a massive contrast to the surgery I used to go to before I moved.
