A great service. Not only a very welcoming team, but also Yaz cut my hair exactly like I wanted to. Price is well balanced (I did cut & blow dry) with the type of products they use. I suffer with dermatitis so I brought my shampoo in and felt welcome to do so. Very happy.
I had an amazing experience getting my full head of highlights done with Alex. She knew exactly how I wanted my hair and delivered ❤️
I am extremely disappointed!!!!! I left this salon today with completely ruined, bleached hair, the roots are disgusting and the top is lighter than the bottom, which is not what i wanted!!!! They bleached my hair so bad that its almost falling off, they have done a terrible job!!!! I dont recommend this salon for anyone, now I have to spend about £150-170 to get my hair fixed with someone else because they just didn't care to do a precise job! I wanted a nice highlight. They have absolutely no idea about highlights or hair colouring and I hope they dont ruin another person's hair! When I told them I'm not satisfied with the results they just ignored it and then charged me another £30 surcharge because I have long hair.
I don't usually like hairdressers as I can find them abit intimidating but from the second I walked in I was greeted with a friendly atmosphere and staff. Alex was amazing, she spent time asking me what I wanted and being honest with me in regards to my expectations and reality. Salon was very clean and covid compliant. Well definitely be going back again. Thank you ladies.
They need to update their pricing- why is a 'Gents Hair cut' £10 less than a hair cut for a short haired lady. Blatant double standards. On top of this the service is unfriendly and cold. Since Dee and Kirstie have left the place has been drained of warmth. Customer service is awful, they suggested extras without being upfront about the cost then bombard you with it at the end. Lastly, prices are far too high for what you get. Would just like to add that the receptionist and assistant hairdresser are both lovely and great at their jobs.
My two year old son had his hair cut here and we were made to feel very welcome. The hairdresser was very sweet with my son and as a result he sat still throughout the whole process and wasn't scared! We will definitely be back.
