   This hair salon is amazing and I can’t recommend it enough! I’ve previously found many salons to be intimidating as I’ve never liked my hair and was always worried about being judged. Perception has been a completely different experience - everybody here is so warm, down to earth, and friendly. Giovanni has created this wonderful atmosphere, but everyone that works here upholds the same values, including Karima and Carolina who used to work here. Giovanni is also an incredible and attentive stylist, helped me to find a hair style that suits me annd has grown my confidence in my hair, and ensures I’m happy every time I leave the salon. Karima used to be my stylist before she left and was also amazing! I have so much love for the team at Perception!

   I had a hair trim today at Perception, lovely experience and great communication from Giovanni! He really listened to what I wanted, then checked throughout and at the end too. Everyone was so friendly, after doing a lot of research and seeing so many positive reviews I'm really happy to have found somewhere great! Looking forward to going back in the future :)

   Have been coming here since it opened. Have always been extremely happy with my hair results. Today I got my hair done and so did my mother (also has been going since perception opened) and we took my little one to get her hair done. She had the best time with Giovanni and the girls.    I've been a Perception client since 2023 and I've always been happy with my hair! Giovanni is a fantastic hair stylist, he puts a lot of passion to his work, I love the precision with which he cuts and style my hair. Since my first visit, he has found the perfect colour for me and he works with high-quality products that don't ruin your hair. Plus, it's always a pleasure to have a chat with him.. I'd totally recommend!

   I have been visiting this salon for 10 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Giovanni is absolutely fantastic, professional and highly experienced. I have textured, curly hair and Giovanni knows exactly what he’s doing, which you don’t find in every hair salon in London. Giovanni can blow dry it perfectly straight or style it curly. Giovanni has talked me into hairstyles I’ve kept for years and he’s talked me out of hairstyles I would have regretted. He’s very passionate about what he does and he’s so knowledgable about what will work and what won’t work. Jenna is a new addition to the salon but has already shown her great skills and experience. This is a genuine review from a very happy, repeat customer about a genuinely great salon.

   I chose to go to Perception to have my hair cut for the first time in four years by reading the reviews (as you do!). But reviews dont always turn out to be your own experience. This time they did . Kerima did a beautiful job cutting my hair, taking so much time and care, showing genuine love and appreciation (My hair is very long, and I can be nervous of hairdressers!!). The service was lovely and I was so happy with the results, I really recommend, I will definitely be going back, at last I have found the right salon for me.Thank you!
