Worst surgery. For blood results they give you telephone appointment for 2 months later . And doctor can ring you anytime until 6 o clock . So Basically they want you to wait for call full day and dont go to work. I wish I could give 0 star .

I have been with this awful surgery for four years, I till now don't know who my doctor is. It's easier to win a lottery then getting appointment. Is this the NHS?

This surgery is not worthy of operating as a healthcare. I had witnessed the receptionists making funny remarks about a vulnerable adult. They was have a good batter on this poor chaps expense. I was totally disgusted about this and I have withdrew mine and my families registration. Sickening especially for NHS staff

There was this receptionist ( she wore a hijab) that was hostile to me , my family and neighbours. We all came to register and the lady told is there stay outside because we didn't have facemasks( isn't the surgery support to provide that?) this was October 2022. I told her I was very weak and I'll but she didn't care , a neighbour lucky had so he went home to get for us while the remaining 3 adults and 4 kids had the stay outside side( I had to lay on the floor outside) which she knew and did nothing. Eventually we got the mask , got in and she gave us the registration forms I noticed that other people coming in were not wearing masks and she attended to them without question or stopping them ( this gave me discrimination and racism vibes). Asides that, the nurses and other receptionist were very friendly and nice, However, it takes forever to get an appointment to see the doctor.

So incompetent, uneducated and rude reception staff. This GP never has any available appointments. Booking system is a fail. Reception staff are clueless. So much for a 1st world country where we are meant to have such a great health care system. You pay your hard earned tax and NHS contributions to keep the NHS running and you end up with GPs like this. The Conservative party and current Health Secretary (Steve Barclay) need to review this GP and get it closed!. I would rather die than go to this GP again.

I've been home from work for 2 days now after being treated by an ambulance at the shop and sent straight to a GP with high blood pressure and I still can't get into the doctor's office! The doctor said he called me several times, but I don't have any missed calls. They get angry at the reception when I call them!

Ear wax accumulation apparently beneath a doctor's ability and nurse only works Monday and Tuesday (although she walked through the waiting room in full uniform on a Wednesday!).Visited 1st September first appointment 12th!Very poor

Really disappointed at the reception staff here. I work full time and it is extremely frustrating when you cannot get through to book and appointment. Sadly the appointment wait is usually over a month or call at 8am and then get told that there are no appointments left. I have also called multiple times and been told that I am caller number 1 in the queue, 45mins later the receptionist answers to tell me they can't help and you can go to the walk in centre. I feel that I end up going to the walk in centre or A&E more often than the surgery.
