Appalling service from a very poor GP practice. Currently waiting on hold to speak to someone on behalf of my father who has dementia. Im still holding 40 minutes later. Meds not prescribed in a timely way and constantly having to prompt, call and turn up in person to ensure my Dad gets any kind of care from a GP who isn't interested.
I was given an appointment for Thursday at 19:20pm through Anima. I showed up and the clinic was completely closed and there was not a single car in the parking lot.
I feel really let down and held to ransom by an unqualified bully, after waiting to call at the precise time of 0815am I told the receptionist that I couldn't get over to Sheffield because I away from home while I have got worse and couldn’t manage a 5 hour drive to get to the doctors, so requested a telephone call appointment to talk to the doctor due to a chest infection that is causing me difficulty in breathing She told me that I must attend a face to face appointment even after telling her I wasn’t up to it. She told me that I am not allowed a telephone appointment with my symptoms after a single question assessment and I either drive for 5 hours to get there or go to a local hospital to use their services.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this clinic. The front desk staff and some of the doctors displayed a shocking level of irresponsibility and laziness, completely disregarding our needs and concerns. If this is the standard of care they choose to provide, I hope they will get experience similar treatment for you guys own children and family every single time when they need help!Perhaps only then will they understand the frustration and pain that parents feel when seeking proper care！I can’t believe that horrible people are allowed to become doctors and serve the public. Good luck for you guys . The pain my child is suffering now will, in time, come upon the children and families of those of you who act with such irresponsibility！
Attended this GP practice with my husband - we were referred by my husband’s GP practice - the GP was great really kind and very helpful. The staff were friendly too. Makes a difference when the GP genuinely wanted to help would 100% recommend - Mrs Marritt Sheffield.
Middle section where the community health center waiting room is smells awful like stale urine as you are surrounded by toilets I'm sure there could be a better place to sit patients and visitors
What a waste of time went in to this doctors 15 mins before appointment and the girl on reception never booked in my daughter. She was to busy on her phone to her friend, we were there for 45 minutes before she was seen. Will be complaining to our doctor farlane and will never come to this doctors again
The most caring and considerate doctors, nursing and reception staff. Always try their utmost to help, see and treat when needed.
The nurse Tracey and the lady nurse/doctor (im so sorry can't remember her name) were amazing! Very comforting and made sure I was ok at all times even though it was a very uncomfortable situation. Absolute credit to the surgery and the NHS on a whole
I was booked in to have my implant removed and I suffer really badly with anxiety. I told them I brought my partner for support and they tried to get him to wear a mask when he’s exempt and told me I’d have to do it on my own until I started crying. And while I was having an anxiety and panic attack at the same time all I got was “we need to make a decision if we’re doing this because I have other appointments due” I felt like I was being forced to rush the procedure which shouldn’t have been the case when I don’t like needles!
