   I felt dismissed, misrepresented, and treated without empathy. When I started crying during the consultation, Dr. Sana responded by saying “well you’re not taking your medication”, which felt very blaming and unhelpful and it was the tone she said it in which was degrading. As the crisis team stated when I rang them people stop taking medication for numerous reasons.. My concerns about not receiving counselling and lacking updates on my Primary Care mental health referral were ignored. The consultation notes inaccurately stated that I “don’t feel like getting mental health support,” which is not what I said. I was also told to go to A&E or contact the crisis team, even though I just stated that I felt like I was getting no where without the counselling and feeling no better which felt unnecessary as I said I had those thoughts the previous week . Overall, I felt invalidated, unheard, and unsupported during this appointment. I hope the practice improves its approach to patients seeking mental health care. I would recommend to book in with a different gp as I can’t believe the experience I had and dont want anyone feeling the way I did

   Been a carer for a patient for clover group for last 2 years and the doctor give the patient medication then someone takes the medication off and states it is cheap enough for the patient to buy been in to sort this out and the doctor say the patient shouldn't have problems and but them on repeats then staff take it off they are not helpful at all it is terrible service

   VERY HELPFUL MADE A APOINTMENT MONDAY THEN THE DOCTOR CANCELS IT ON WEDNESFAY THE REASON IS THE DOCTOR AS SEEN ME 8 WEEK BEFORE WENT IN TO MAKE APPOINTMENT NOT A VERY GOOD SURGERY NO HELP.

   I was sent here by my GP surgery as they had no out of hours appointments. I was told by my surgery I was going to be tested for asthma/COPD due to chest tightness, shortness of breath and pain. The doctor here did absolutely nothing for me. He checked my oxygen level and listened to my chest before telling me to "just take Gaviscon". I had yet another fit of coughing where I couldn't catch my breath once I was home and in bed and I was fobbed off well and truly by this doctor! Just because my chest sounds clear, it doesn't mean there isn't an issue with my airway!

   I can't complain always receive very good patients care from reception staff as well doctors. Always receive a appointment without any issues, either by phone or in person for myself or my children as well as recieving great treatment each time

   I used this an out of hours surgery over the weekend. The service was brilliant and they treated me very well. Can't understand why there are so many bad reviews. The girls working there were all so friendly and cheerful.

   Can't get through the phone to book an appointment, and receptionists on phone are not helpful at all. Giving appointments after 4 weeks date. How is this fair and justified for someone who needs to see a doctor?

   the worst gp in Sheffield, 3 weeks can not get an appointment, I call them from 8 am they answer after 9 am and they are already full and they can not make an appointment. it's easier to die than to see a doctor in this gp. how can you influence them where you can call or write?!

   Bad GP in this England last 3 years go looking face to face appointments but naver get appointment been every time go hospital hospital saying c gp u need some test but receptions just saying every time not having appointments last 3 years go with this Gp every one life at risk i would you recommend no join this GP?just wasted time on phone only selected people get mybey appointment but not everyone gets appointments
