Went yesterday for my flu jab. Only waited a few mins. Fast and efficient service. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Took my elderly mother for her flu and covid jabs today. It was a very smooth, easy experience. Very well organised, no waiting and very pleasant personnel.
We booked a joint appointment for 1.50 for our flu jab only to find that the surgery was closed till 2.00. What was the point of booking a time?. Once we were let in everything went like clockwork.
I attended today for my annual flu jab. It was organised very efficiently and everyone involved was professional, friendly and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.
Went for my flu shot this morning, very well organised, friendly staff and never felt a thing! Was also offered my shingles vaccination, altogether a very positive experience
Over the last two years my husband and I have had relatively serious health episodes. At all times treatment and consultations have been rapid, compassionate and professional. It is a relief to have so much trust in our primary health care professionals. All staff, doctors, health care assistants, nurses and receptionists are first class. Thank you.
Over the last 7 months I have relied on the practise more than ever. Everyone has been exceedingly empathetic and professional. Requests for appointments are triaged quickly and without singling anyone out which would not be appropriate, I would not hesitate to recommend this surgery.
Monday Sinusitis had it all weekend rang the doctors no appointment or phone appointments until Wednesday after 5. Has it was bad I new it was infected the recptionist told me to try e consultation which I did to get a phone call the next morning telling me I can have a phone consultation a week on Tuesday . So I lost Wednesday after 5 appointment . Still not to sure how they are going to look in my ear over the phone will probably have a live link so the doctor can do even less. Or tell me I can have a walk-in appointment two weeks on Friday. On a good note the receptionist was very nice
Reception staff are always very helpful and pass on accurate messages promptly. Staff nurse who did my son's bloods and my 45+ health check was so friendly / helpful and last but not least, Dr Fox has been so diligent in checking out a long standing problem my son has suffered with showing empathy and reassuring me she was leaving no stone unturned. Thank you. You've also been amazing throughout the turmoil of Covid19 providing as safer environment as possible and still working hard throughout.
I wanted to share a positive review about this practice as I don't think we commend our local services enough. I have had nothing but positive experiences from being a patient at Gosforth Valley. The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. Me and my family have been very grateful for the care we have received through this surgery and thank you for your support when it's been needed.
