   Do not expect compassion or friendliness when informing the reception staff that a family member has passed away- no offering of condolences, just to be told “right that’s fine she’s been deducted from our services”. Disgusting! Also do not expect anything more from the GP’s, the way they treated my mother throughout her time as a patient was with arrogance and disrespect.

   I never appreciated how good a surgery they were until I experienced some other disgraceful practises in Sheffield. Have been very efficient with Covid Vaccines and always follow up quickly on test results

   Had my first covid vaccine jab there and found the staff, system, and overall experience very good. There was a short queue but staff were on site to guide people to the correct place. The reception staff were friendly, and the nurse was cheerful and lovely. Only downside might be the lack of car park on site, but plenty of side roads for that.

   Eight years ago I went to see a doctor, I was not feeling well at all the doctor said I was alright and to go to work so I went to hospital and was told that I had a small stroke whilst I was asleep. gust over two years ago I had to see a doctor about my ear I was told there was nothing wrong with it in the next four months I went again four times only to be told yet again there was nothing wrong so I went to the hospital and was told I had cancer. I was in the Royal hallamshire hospital for three months, the hospital told me it was a pity they know sooner. Had I not gone to Dore surgery maybe I would have been seen earlier.It seams the doctors don't or wont listen to you in my case it could have killed me, still not well but I am alive. Many thanks Dore surgery.

   They deserve NO stars. Rude reception staff especially those who answer the phone. Incompetent and lack of general common sense and intelligence. Awful doctors with arrogant attitudes. One wanted to prescribe something that the specialist said would have made me far worse. They’re controlling and have archaic attitude.... not a can do attitude. They’re disgraceful and should be closed down. Definitely go somewhere else where the doctors know what they’re doing and have a kind demeanour.... unlike Dore.
