Impeccable. Hannah was SO knowledgable and it felt incredible as she had personal experience of suffering with acne like myself. I find it highly uncomfortable without makeup on at the age of 24 suffering with acne but I felt so comfortable. The knowledge she had of the dermalogica brand and products was next level and she has really helped me understand what the products do and what is best for my skin. I will 100% be back! She truly loves her job and that showed through. She took her time to really get to know me, my skin and talked me through everything step by step with the benefits and why she was using it. It was a lovely personalised facial, hands down the best I’ve had. I left feeling so confident and had so many complaints on my skin, I was glowing from within! Thank you again lovely!
