   Had an amazing experience today at Fruittii. I have been treated with respect, been offered a tea, and the hairdresser did exactly what I asked for. I'm feeling so much better now! 100% would recommend for people that are not feeling comfortable at the hair salon and worried to not get what asked. I will be back for sure!

   Had a lovely time with Joshua and Klaus the Cutie. Joshua cut my hair with an expertise that is subtle and brilliant. Love the cut. Will def go again. It felt like a punky homeland.

   The service was lovely and the staff was really nice. I came for my PWYCA appointment for my haircut and added a hair wash for £5. As much as the service (they offered drinks such as water and herbal teas) and the staff were lovely, I believe my hairstyle didn't turn out how I requested. I wanted a very layered wolf cut look and pointed out a specific length, but the hairstyle turned out looking different and not as short as I wanted it to be. The layers and hairstyle didn't look like the references provided and the ends of my hair at the back look very choppy which is really upsetting. My fringe also had a lot of stray long hairs after they finished cutting everything, which I pointed out and asked them to trim it further, but there were still some long stray hairs left which I had to trim myself later. Another issue was the pricing, I thought Pay What You Can Afford was that you could pay the amount you're comfortable with within the range depending on your hairstyle length, but my hairdresser ended up providing me an amount to pay before I could tell them a price I wanted to pay for the haircut, which was higher than what I would have comfortably wanted to pay. It was different last time I went here as I could state the price I was comfortable with paying within the range and paid that. All in all, my experience was nice previously as I've been here once before but I've been kind of let down this time.. unfortunately I don't think I could come back again.

   Absolutely love this salon. I haven’t been to the hairdressers in a few years, always struggled with feeling comfortable and being able to explain what I really want from the cut but all the staff at Fruittii are so welcoming and really helped me figure it all out. Mia is my hairstylist and she is amazing! I feel so confident after my cuts and always love having a chin wag with her. I can’t wait to get my hair dyed and go bold with her help! Big thanks to Mia and all the team x

   I love this place! I've had my haircut by Sara 3 times now - always a fantastic job and I leave feeling more confident and more myself! Excellent advice on haircare as well. I often get a little anxious going to the salon, but Sara made me feel really comfortable and I'm delighted with the cut! Will be back!

   Always enjoy getting my hair redone here. The folks at Tuttii Fruittii have been great at not only getting my hair done as I like (Half-green half-black fauxhawk and trimmed beard). Sarah is usually my regular and she is great at giving my style some small creative spins.

   I had been told that this salon was amazing and the result couldn't be better! My stylist Sara was super welcoming and nice, and made me feel like at home, in a totally free and relaxed environment. When my hair was done I realised no one else had ever paid so much attention to it and it felt great! I'll come back for sure

   3 months after coming out as trans, I was looking for a LGBTQ+ friendly place to have my hair cut and styled and was recommended Tuttii Fruittii - I stress a lot in general thanks to my anxiety, and never before have I felt more accepted getting my hair cut! My hairdresser El/Ellie was friendly and chill, we chatted about anime pretty much the whole time and they made me feel super comfortable! My hair looks awesome, and it's great to feel like my authentic self. Thanks, El/Ellie!! I 100% recommend Tuttii Fruittii, and am looking forward to returning in the future.
