   These lads at Llay store should be hired as trainers for other Screwfix stores as well as many national retail establishments. These days, their helpful attitude is very rarely experienced by a septuagenarian like me,. I have been used to the friendly service of old fashioned family run small businesses of the 60s70s and the 80s . It's a refreshing feeling, this branch will always be my go-to and recommend family and friends in the area to use the store.

   They're a great team in Llay and my preferred branch as a result. I had an issue with a new tap and nothing was too much trouble and the team resolved it. I frequently take our dog in with me as the branch is on our walking route and the dog biscuits are a nice touch.
