   I showed a picture of what I wanted and bare in mind it was a hair they already did and I specifically told them I want it longer then she proceeded to cut it shorter than the picture and give me thick layers very thick may I add now I absolutely hate my hair so much safe to say I won’t be coming back.

   Went for wavy blow dry last week and although I know I have thin hair the lady kept commenting how thin it was etc when I came home my hair was a total mess I couldn’t believe how quickly it was ruined. Waste of time and money

   I have been coming here since I was a little kid with my mum. I'm all grown and still am pleased with the service. Short hair (temple) cut can be a risk; however, she has been excellent every time. She loves exploring and she is good at it. Thank you!    Paid £150 only to get a poor quality treatment and service. Keratin treatment given is not the straightening type, only protein treatment which should cost half the price in other salon. After two weeks hair went frizz again. Wasn’t done well , combed and applied well. Absolutely wasted my money. Hairstylists talking in diff language the whole time.

   Asked if they could achieve ash blonde on my hair, lady was certain she could do it. Went in for ash blonde balayage, so unprofessional, mixed bleach twice to apply to my hair, both bleach was different so my hair ended up being two different colours. First my hair turned bright orange and they applied so much ash hair dye. When I washed my hair, it ran black and my bath tub and towel turned black. Went back to salon so they could sort something out, refused to give me a refund. So unprofessional, always speaking turkish and making customers feel uncomfortable. Would not recommend, please do not dye your hair here, spend a little bit more money and get it done PROFESSIONALLY BY PROFESSIONALS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!
