   Absolutely love this salon! I’ve been coming here for the last 20 years. The atmosphere is so friendly, cozy and positive, and the staff are incredibly professional yet down-to-earth. Everyone makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. My current hairstylist Charlotte is lovely. I always skip out the door with a beautifully cut style which is easy to manage and an amazing fresh colour. Love coming to this salon and I’m always really happy with the service and results. Highly recommend!

   Hi i came a few weeks back after being skeptical of using this salon after another salon ruined my Balayage in robert e lee. At first i was worried if the hair will get done properly or not after my last experience, But Lorraine i believe her name was came to the rescue! Shes a hardworking amazing & a strong woman! I had a amazing time with her! I saw another salon staff cutting hair beautifully too and admired it from afar at how amazingly talented these woman are! They just gained a new customer! I was very nervous of giving them a chance after my bad experience from my last salon, but e14 hair gave me a reassured and better experience. So yeah thank you for giving me a better experience. It also got done really quick and i think i am well happy and it was worth the price on offer too unlike robert ee lee wasting my time and taking my money and not delivering! Thank you to the new salon i went too after my bad experience! For giving me hope as i usually like sticking to one salon! I will never look back! I hope we can build trust and loyalty over the years! Thank you E14 Hair!

   I visited this salon today and got a butterfly haircut with face-framing bangs—and I absolutely LOVE it! The stylist really listened to what I wanted and made sure the cut suited my face perfectly. The layers are so soft and bouncy, and the bangs give it such a fresh, flattering look. On top of the amazing haircut, the service was wonderful. Everyone was super welcoming, professional, and made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I left the salon feeling confident and so happy with my new style. Highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for a trendy cut and great service!

   Had a great experience with Sonia. She's amazing...I'm not great at communicating what I want but all I told her was that I wanted my hair short and told her the length and the result was fabulous. Some other places impose their views but Sonia was very quick and flexible to work with what I wanted and made me feel comfortable. Nice and quick blow dry at the end, not which so much heat which I appreciated. She even gave me simple tips on how I could style my hair! Prices are decent too. Highly recommend this place.

   Sonya is an amazing hairstylist! I have very, very thick South Asian hair which usually takes 2 stylists at other salons, yet she always slays my hair alone with patience, a friendly smile, wonderful conversation and a perfect blow dry at the end. I’ve had both a balayage and highlights from Sonya in the past which have always received numerous compliments. She’s the only stylist I trust highlighting/ colouring my hair.
