Absolutely useless surgery. I messaged them regarding breast cancer pain treatment for my wife and nobody got back. Obviously they don't take cancer seriously. No regards for the patients well being whatsoever.
Absolutely disgusting every week we're waiting for gabapentin means I cnt take my tablets till fri plus I'm waiting for painkillers been waiting 3 days drs are useless so sick of them currently caller number 23 nobody has called bk from drs disgusting how I'm treated
On a handful of occasions I've tried to call on behalf of my step daughter. Even though I've been at position 1, it has still taken 30-40 minutes to get through on the telephone line. Currently calling & been on for 27 minutes, very poor service
They never answer the phone ,doctors are good if u ever get to see them only going here because I have to ,
Have cancelled twice on appointments for my children in recent months. One cancellation was on arrival, (when I had taken my son out of school) I was told "The nurse actually isnt in today. Hasn't anyone told you?" This weeks cancellation was 30 mins before for immunisations. I was told that this was because a doctor is required to be on site when immunisations take place and they had no doctors. Concerning... The lack of basic administration is going to harm someone.
Unfortunately I've recently been left with no choice but to leave this GP after giving them countless chances. Numerous times I have clearly stated that I wanted to be seen in Old Whittington, since I live locally, only to arrive and be told the appointment was made for Ashgate. The most recent waiting time I experienced on the phone was 21 minutes and this isn't a one-off - quote often I have waited well over 10 minutes. Also, considering there are so many surgeries part of the group, it is beyond ridiculous how difficult it is to actually get an appointment. It is a shame that I am now having to travel further afield to see a GP.
Getting an appointment quickly is the only positive thing about this place! The doctors are mostly extremely rude and sometimes not helpful at all! I'm currently waiting over a month for ear syringing because they're that booked up apparently! Good luck getting any actual help
