   I came from another area half an hour by bus because a friend of mine recommended your shop and I was ready to buy a human hair wig but after the disappointing customer service I didn't buy anything. The girl who was at the till when I asked for help and showed me the wigs first told me I could do it myself then she came and moved three of them so fast and in a rude way that they fell off. The only wig I liked was in a colour I don't like and she told me I couldn't try it on in another colour. So basically you think people will pay over £100 for a wig without trying it on? I am very disappointed in your shop.

   I was told to "leave my personal belongings near the side as he said " people with trolleys steal! so if you dont like it then........as if to say i can leave if i dont like it. I for one should not be criminalised for what other people do and to leave my property in his shop UNATTENDED and i cant watch it! Whilst he was talking i never said a word as i was shocked at his tone and attitude! This man said all of this with a stink attitude and in one breath I was made made to feel like a criminal, when he could see not once i opened my trolley while i was looking for somthing .i used to go in thier to support his blk buisness for years and the females are always nice but i will never go in this establishment again! Disgusting customer service!by the male african owner.I made sure i cussed him out respectfully before i left.!

   This is my fav. I’ve came to this place. Staffs always kind and helpful. They have kept so much great products in good price. These days I’ve been mad at EBIN Products. Which js trending now. I can’t wait to go to get ebin sprays.

   I've known Mr Klass from when he used to cut my son's hair at 17. My son is now 48 and I still go to Mr Klass regularly. I moved from Edmonton to Northampton and still this is my favourite place to go for all my hair and skin products. I've had lovely conversations and advice over the years from Mrs Klass and the good practice has been keenly adopted by their beautiful children all of whom as polite, friendly and very helpful. I could get my foundation from Amazon or Ebay but I always come back to Mr Klass. Long may their business continue to thrive. I wish them all the very best. Penny of Northampton

   Lots of friendly staff ready to help at any request. Samples and testers given freely. They won't have what you want, but they will have a more expensive alternative in a smaller size. Just in case you really need it. So paradoxically they have got what you want..

   They do not have a hair salon like they used to but the room is still there if you want to be in charge of your own salon.They sell very good hair product at a raisonable price.It is on the high road close to Sam's Barclays and lot of barbers.If you want to have your hair done around buy everything there.Ask advice to your hairdresser if you have no idea about your haircut they go buy it there.

   So I'm not in London anymore so I was looking for a black owned business to get my hair products. So happy I found this company. Everything came really quickly exactly what I ordered. When an item was out of stock I got an email offering two alternatives and a very quick refund. I even received some free gifts in the parcel. Brilliant will definitely order again!

   My favourite place to buy hair products as I can support my own. They have an extensive list of brands, and I have found a few gems here once or twice. I'd like to see more natural hair care brands here but at the moment, what they have is great.
