    Today I rang the doctors to request an appointment. Through anima the receptionist, called Andy, processed my complex request with efficiency, care, kindness and respect. He went above and beyond to assist me with my request. I am grateful for Andy's professional and pleasant approach. Thank you very much.

    If I could give less than 1 star I would.. 1st phone call - made from grandfathers phone at 10:30am, call back request 2nd phone call - made on my mobile at 2:41pm, call back requested 3rd phone call made from my landline at 2:45pm, I waited on hold for 57 minutes before someone answered. 3:41pm, I received a call back on my mobile. Wondering how people are answering the phone call that I've waited on,which was the last call, before either my grandad or I received a call back... Not only does their call queueing system evidently not work. This surgery also discriminates against the elderly. They will fob off elderly patients with antibiotics instead of actually looking into the cause of symptoms. This discrimination and negligence of care has resulted in a late diagnosis of a leaky artery in my grandfather. Just 6 months ago he was digging in the garden and living completely independently. Now he is a shadow of who he was 6 months ago and this so called DRs surgery are still not giving him the medical care they took an oath to provide. To think he fought for this country and system but this is how it repays him. Such a horric display of discrimination and negligence

    Had an appointment booked, saw the doctor who had a scan booked for me and was told to book another appointment in the meantime if my symptoms persisted. The symptoms persisted and I tried via their online form only to be messaged saying they would book me a routine appointment, this was two weeks ago, since then I’ve had my scan and had to ring them because their online booking system was down (you have to get invited to book your own appointment), was given a telephone consultation to discuss my results, it didn’t happen, so they’ve not booked me an appointment and I still don’t know my results of my scan. Yet they had the audacity to send me a link to fill out a β€˜Following your recent consultation, how did we do’ questionnaire. The doctor I originally saw was good and listened and the reception staff member who booked my telephone consultation (after an hour of being on hold) apologised not only for the long wait, but for the lack of appointments.

    RPC in general are SHOCKING - Stay well away from them. Their new booking system is a total mess. You cant go in to book an appointment anymore, you HAVE to use their online form 'Anima' and this is why its so bad - I suffer with migraines, I tried booking an appointment for a follow up and it asked 'do you have a stiff neck' yes I do.... 'please contact 111' and didnt let me go any further in the booking process. I have a chest infection and couldn't get anything for it until I spoke to the doctors. The receptionist refused to book me an appointment and told me to 'use anima' Tight chest - call 111/999. Weakness - call 111/999. Like?! Come ON! The receptionist was so incredibly rude and miserable! I'm not ill enough for a&e, but apparently too ill for a damn GP appointment!? The new booking system is shocking, staff are rude and the doctors have NO IDEA what they're doing. Constant issues 24/7. Will be moving GP practices.

    Don’t bother joining this surgery! Waited months for a mental health appointment to have it cancelled. No phone call text NOTHING!!! Also meant to have blood test for crohns diease, diverticulitis and cancers. Guess what?!?! That was cancelled as well with no explanation or alternative appointments. This docs ha s been reported so many times for medical negligence I’m surprised they are still open! I for one will be reporting them as well!

    Try to call can never get through to book an appointment, went into the practice was told they have no appointments (even 2 weeks in advance), and to call back in the morning. Call the next morning cant get through!! Seriously what sort of service is this? What am I paying for? How sick do you have to be to get an appointment? You may as well Google your own symptoms and hope for the best

    I have had to use this surgery a significant number of times the last few months & I cannot praise them enough. The receptionist team have always got me an appointment that I need & been very friendly. Then the GPS are all & professional -all very good with my children. Not forgetting the fantastic pharmacy team who now know my children by name. A big thank you to the whole team!

    Sent here as an alternative to my own GP due to no appointments. I found it very slick, organised, professional and caring. Receptionists and GP very approachable and helpful. Chemist staff efficient and friendly. Quite surprised to read the very negative reviews! For me, a very positive experience and no faffing about. Thank you

    I wouldn’t recommend this surgery mainly for the ability to actually get through and book an appointment. It takes nearly three minutes to get past the info chat at the beginning before you can start to select your options. When you select for an appointment you’re put on hold (which I have no issue with) and you are given an expected call wait time. I was told 5 minutes wait and then it soon changed to 1 minute. The 1 minute update went on for 18 minutes…..to which the phone answered and then no one spoke and the phone went dead. So after all that waiting I never got though. I have to re call and go through the whole process to hope I actually get through to someone. This is not the first time but happens every time and I appreciate they are busy and have no issue waiting but the service only seems to be getting worse not better. I will be moving doctors which is a shame as it looks to be a fantastic facility if you can ever get through and get an appointment.

    Agree with most reviews on here. Should be 0 not even a 1star. Phones very rarely answered in an acceptable time frame, appointments almost non existent. Don’t usually leave reviews but last week was told by a rude/ unhelpful receptionist that they have no more flu vaccinations at all this year! Today strangely enough I have been given an appointment!! Rest assured I will be putting in an official complaint
