I've just received my thicknesser back after being repaired by Terrier tools and I'm very impressed by the Repair and service the staff they were very friendly and courteous and the I was very surprised and pleased with the cost I can definitely recommend them and will go there again

My husband ordered two Makita batteries via Amazon a couple of months ago. Only one arrived and I called Terrior on his behalf. I spoke to a very helpful person, but in my Yorkshire way i accidentally referred to him as “love” and I think I may have offended them. If this is the case please accept my sincere apologies. The matter was dealt with immediately and the missing battery arrived the next day. First class service and great customer service. Once again please accept my apologies if I did offend anyone.
Bad service had to get eBay to step in for me I contacted to seller but not answer, I had ordeed a belle wheel barrow spare wheel cost me £60 didn’t arrive on time they never give me a tracking number I have been waiting 3 to 4 days now and still hasn’t arrived. Bad service won’t boy from there agin.
Went there looking for a plane, had great advice and service far better than going to Screwfix and Toolstation and much better prices

Spoke to the managing director Stephen Hughes as I wanted to buy a lot of tools at trade price to start a business, I’m talking double figures here, emailed and he replied asking what I wanted, I explained what I was looking for and I never heard back, emailed a month later and it’s now another month later and nothing! Your loss I’ll take my business else where - I certainly won’t be recommending this place! That’s what you call terrible service! No excuses!
My experience with this company is very bad. Perhaps if you go to the shop you will get top service. But if you order online you might not be that lucky... I had ordered circular saw 240v and when parcel arrived comes out by mistake they have sent me 110v. Its not what I ordered and not what I paid for so I have opened request to return wrong item. Also I have send them a message to say I would like to get this unit collected from my house and correct item provided. My message was ignored but the prepaid label was provided for return. I would like to give them a second chance to correct that mistake but unfortunately they did not take that chance. I went to the post office to return incorrect item but there I have found out that the prepaid label covers small parcels only up to 2KG and my parcel was bulky and 8 KG. So post office refused to accept it. I had to pay 14£ for return postage as another mistake from the seller. When parcel finally returned to the seller I was hoping that at least refund will be processed smoothly but again I was wrong. I had to get customer support involved to get my refund. Some many mistakes in one simple order and no one willing to sort customer out. I will never use this company again.
