   Everytime you call it either rings out or says they’re on dinner break (for over 2 hours) which obviously wouldn’t be the case. One particular lady on the phone is very rude. Tried calling tonight (9/12/25) at 4.20pm on a Tuesday and says it’s closed but on the automated message it says open 8am to 5pm and 4.30pm on a Friday. Not good enough at all. Can never get through to them.

   Hubby has been waiting 2 yrs just to have his hearing aids adjusted to be able to turn up, went for his appointment last Nov 24, to be told the machine isn't working, Instead of them ringing him. Waste of a journey! Year later Nov 25, they are saying they are still broken!! This is very bad service, surely the machines cant be broken for that amount of time.. ever feel like your bring fobbed off!!

   Very bad servies been waiting over 5 years now to get to see them, jjst get excues after excuse, first it was oh your nearly there, then it was oh back log from covid, ther it was yeah yoyr on the list for an up grade for a hewring aid, im really lossing my patients now think i might take this further cos it is not good enough

   What a waste of oxygen keeping the NHS dependent open, they never answer the phone, all the do is, when you get in the queue, is tell you that number 12345 and then cut the call off. This has been going on for years. They want sacking.

   Worse hearing aids always keep getting problem with it everytime they get same phonak hearing was poor and been rang for appointment they said have to wait another 10 to 12 weeks I'm stuck with no hearing aids after they broke

   Tried numerous times has been trying to get w call back for 3 weeks with no joy it rang continuously for 5 consecutive calls on the 5th get the operator busy message and then no queue position message just constant ringing not impressed in the slightest

   35 min on phone yesterday was 9 in the queue finally reached 1 rang and rang and rang then cut off. Tried again this morning was first in the queue phone again rang and rang finally gave up after ringing for 15 minutes.

   Yesterday I rang five times to get an appointment. This morning I've rung six times over an hour and half period , being left on hold then cutting me off. I have now been on hold 35 minutes being told I was first in the que. After 25 minutes I was informed I was 2nd in the que!!!! How does that work? No wonder all eighteen reviews complain of the same thing.
