Having struggled with pain when walking due to a hallux rigidus in my right foot for a while and an impending appointment with a mouse in Orlando and surgery to clean up the joint, I figured it would probably be a good idea to book in and see Jo to see if Orthotics may help. To be honest, the appointment was better than I could have hoped for it to be, even though none of the results were surprising. The way Jo explained it made complete sense, given my complex musculoskeletal history. Hopefully, the orthotics and the right choice of footwear should really help to manage the pain, both pre and post op. If they even reduce the pain and help to manage my foot condition, they will be worth every penny (and then some). I would thoroughly recommend anyone having foot pain when walking book in for an appointment.

The of most engaging, informative and downright fascinating appointments I have had with any medical professional. So much of my movement and balance issues had light finally shed on them. Jo is highly professional with extensive knowledge and yet manages to get a complete novice like me, to understand what was happening. An extremely through first appointment session and I really had several "light bulb" moments!! I have orthotics and insoles on order and have no doubt whatsoever that they will improve my mobility no end. I would highly recommend Jo's services. Update...been wearing my "new boots" (the ones with the raise) I'm amazed at how quickly they have made a huge difference to my gait.
