   I have been on hold for over 45 minutes trying to cancel an appointment because my car won't start so I can't get there. I can't cancel online because the appointment was made in store. If they don't answer the phone, how can I contact the store?

   Excellent Service and Professional Care at Vision Express I recently visited Vision Express for contact lenses and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and professionalism throughout my appointment. As my last eye test was in 2021, I was booked in for a comprehensive two-part eye examination. The process was conducted efficiently using modern technology – gone are the days of manually switching lenses in front of your eyes. Everything is now carried out using advanced equipment, which made the experience more comfortable and precise. I was also shown detailed images of both of my eyes, including the optical nerve, with a clear explanation of their condition. This level of insight was both fascinating and reassuring. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions clearly and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and I would highly recommend Vision Express for anyone seeking professional and thorough eye care. Adi King

   The lady who looked after me… Gillian I think. Was amazing. She helped me choose my glasses and also my lenses which was an area I didn’t know much about. She did a great job of explaining the benefits of a higher quality lens moving me up to the Gold standard, not pushy just very knowledgeable about the products which made me appreciate the value in spending a little more money. All in all a great experience, mainly due to the great staff member taking care of me. I definitely won’t deal with anyone else after this experience, people are what makes a business successful in today’s world… so keep hold of this one!! Many thanks

   I have previously gone to Boots the Opticians in the Frenchgate centre, but to be honest they were rubbish, I felt flustered and rushed, so I decided to give Vision Express ago, WOW!!!! what a difference, from the minute I walked in I felt welcomed. The Optometrist I saw was called Sarah Rashid and she was courteous, patient and put me at ease straight away, she was thorough and explained everything as she went along I didn't feel rushed at all. I was then passed on to Jade who helped me choose my frames. Jade once again was polite, courteous and respectful, again I didn't feel awkward or rushed, nothing seemed too much for her. Jade then took me through the different options and explained to me which was the best way for me to pay for my glasses. I have only mentioned 2 people, but the whole team that were on duty yesterday (2nd February) were exceptional. Overall it was an excellent experience. Thank you so very much.

   Very professional, appointment started despite being busy. The Optometrists were very good & took their time & understood I may have difficulty to get in correct positio (due to my disability). I was treated with respect, as a valued customer & there was no "Hard sell" or "Upselling" which has confirmed that I will continue to use this facility annually. I have ordered exactly what I wanted, with the use of my prescription lenses. Thank you Vision Express

   Absolutely terrible, the majority of female staff are great but don’t get your eyes tested here they are rubbish I could not see any better with the glasses they supplied and, that was only the driving ones as my readers were not ready. I asked for my money back and they said they had refunded it, but it will take a few days for me to recieve it!!!
