   worst experience ever…she doesn’t have any sense how to talk with client..always busy over phone…she was using her phone continuously …she is behaving like a professional pro in everything but she didn’t know even single thigh about this work…don’t recommend anyone to go their..such a waste of time and money

   Not recommended at all.. I will not say anything about the beauty service but the nature of staff. I met Maham arain she was really arrogant. Another staff messed up with the service I asked but Maham arain was so arrogant to even politely accept the mistake . She was like "ok we did that now what to do." If you messed up at least politely accept rather than being arrogant. Not recommended at all.

   Stay away from this place at all costs!!! I asked for a simple eyebrow tidy up to remove a few stray hairs but the lady threaded my brows into thin lines - totally removing my shape which had taken years to perfect. This woman should not be allowed to do anyone’s eyebrows. Honestly I’ve spent £80 on makeup to try and salvage what she’s done to me and it still looks terrible. She even trimmed the brows so short I can’t even brush them up to make them look a little thicker. I was due to go on holiday the next day and honestly she’s put such a downer on my entire trip as I look horrendous. It will take months if not a year to grow it all back (she’s basically removed half of the brow) - I’ll probably now have to spend hundreds of ££ on microblading when I get back from holiday to rectify the terrible job that’s been done to me. I’m honestly so upset as she promised she wouldn’t make them thinner. Stay clear of this place!!!!!! I would give Ash and Nad 0 stars if I could.

   Did a rlly bad haircut. Did exactly opposite of wht i showed in the pic. I think the hairdresser knows only one hair cut and does that to every customer irrespective of what they want. Cut my long hair to chin length nd now they look messy and untamed. Plus she was rude and impolite. please only go there if u wanna ruin ur hairs.

   Appointment made through treatwell but they didn't know I was coming. This is how i normally book. Hairdresser not there and girl sent to open shop couldn't cut short hair! Also she wouldn't recommend another hairdresser despite several nearby (one opposite). Won't go again

   I had a hair cut from this place and had a bad experience. Actually I would say I had the worst experience of hair cut as first thing is hair wash before the cut was really bad not at all satisfying. The worst hair wash she did to my hair. Also the hair cut photo I showed she did not do similar. She did according to her and when I did not agree with her she cut my hair even more and her attitude towards a customer was not at all right.. this salon charges same price as other but does a bad hair cut.

   AVOID. Terrible, ugly, poor eyelash extensions. The technician obviously used too much glue. I ended up with thick black dots on my eyelids. After the application my eyes were burning and felt very tight. According to her that's a normal feeling and it will go away. For the next few hours my eyes were constantly burning and watering. Went to other place and have them removed. Absolutely disgusted with such a poor quality of work.
