   We have been using Grappenhall Vets for more than 10 years. We brought in our small, 16yr old doggie, Belle. for her annual vaccination. Hannah the Vet, also gave her a quick general check and confirmed that Belle's was doing well for her age. Julie on reception was also very kind and helpful, which made the visit a positive experience.

   Took my dogs to be vaccinated at Grappenhall Veterinary Centre. Greeted by lovely pleasant staff on reception, the surgery smelt lovely when I walked in and was so clean and tidy. Alexa the vet was amazing in the consult and put my mind at rest- we think one of my dogs has a little heart issue and she reassured me on how to treat her going forward. I have complete faith that she will guide me through the next steps and I know that she is in safe hands. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alexa and her team :0)

   We use the Penketh branch and they are very good. The deal with our dog gently and considerately. And are very professional, but approachable with us. We moved to this practice about 12-18 months ago, after our previous practice let us, and our dog badly. We came here after a personal recommendation, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone else moving to this practice.
