Sydney was really patient and understood what type of haircut I needed, I am so glad it was layered haircut without any trouble she did the best haircut I wanted I like my new look. I would say best experience after a long time in London. Very friendly environment.

Had a lovely experience with Chloe today having a cut and style, she was recommended to me by Gina who is currently unavailable. Chloe spent time talking with me to check what I wanted and she also gave the best head massage while washing my hair! I have always been really happy at Salon 108. It’s not cheap but worth paying the money for the quality and skills of the stylist.
Had the joy of having Montana styling my hair today. Over approx 80 mins Montana took the time to talk with me about to what degree my hair would allow a copy of the photos I provided of the look I wanted, she showed me each stage of the cut through the back and top layers and sides, we discussed the texture the cut was bringing and how she would achieve this. The whole way through I felt total confidence in Montana's skill. I'm so pleased with the cut. It suits me and suits my hair perfectly. Thank you!
I visited here for a full head of tint and a balayage with Ari. I was absolutely gutted that it turned out nothing like what I had asked for. To begin with I had a consultation where a strand test was taken. I didn’t see the strand test results as I was told the cleaner threw it in the bin. Looking back I should have considered this a red flag. On the day of my appointment the stylist went straight in with the bleach and this was left on my hair for an hour and a half. Why was the bleach left on sections of my hair for such a long time? I was never looking to go blonde and the look I was trying to achieve was brunette with low lights. (I have attached a photo of what I asked for) The balayage was orange, some areas blonde, there were way too many strands bleached. The base was supposed to be darker which we agreed at my consultation but this was not done. Why did I pay for a full head of tint which was not even carried out? I called up the day after to explain to them how unhappy I was with my hair and they wanted me to wait 4 days just to even speak with the manager. I returned to the salon for them to fix my hair. They added tint and toner. My hair is now all dark brown and I am yet to see the balayage. I have been told the streaks will fade but I do not feel like this is good enough. I have left this salon very unhappy with extremely damaged hair and £400 down. I spoke to the manager tracey and I asked for a part refund for the balayage but she has refused. I do not recommend this place the service has been absolutely appalling.
I have just had my first appointment with Gina and I was not disappointed. Gina is an extremely talented and professional hair stylist. I have short hair and usually when I get my hair done it's cut within 10 minutes, I'm out the door. Completely different experience at Salon 108. Gina took her time and gave me a super edgy short cut. I would definitely recommend Salon 108, my hair looks fabulous ❤️
First time with Fiona she listened to my concerns, discussed the best option for me changed my colour n restyled my hair short. So , SO pleased with end result n i can style ok myself too. Def recommend her

Having coloured my hair a very dark brown for over 30 years, I went for a consultation with Tracey and eventually booked in to have a transformation. It took 7 hours of Tracey working on my hair having to strip the dark colour out with lots of care, then she had to balance the colour with a semipermanent colour, checking the condition all the way through this process. Once that process was done, Tracey then put beige highlights through my hair and finished with a treatment. Tracey used treatments all the way through, my hair not only looks amazing the condition is amazing too!
