Excellent. Tammy is fantastic, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs. They’ve been very patient and understanding with our slightly nervous dog, helping her settle in happily and confidently. We really like the daily photo updates, which always show relaxed and happy dogs. We're completely comfortable leaving our dog here and know she’s being very well looked after.

My pug goes every week to the daycare and gets so excited when he is realising he is going. The staff are always welcoming, happy and smiling, they really care about the dogs. I love the looking at the daily photos they put on social media. They go on walks, play games and even have themed party’s/celebrations. I used Tammy for Home Boarding, my dog came back with pink eye and she apparently didn’t know how it had happened and didn’t investigate this matter in line with health and safety. I had to take my frightened dog to the vets and pay for medication, he suffered with it for several weeks.
You don’t get responses, you don’t get pictures or videos when requested or even as a update, you don’t get updates on your dogs day. You feel like you’re burdening her by asking for updates. She switches off her phone around 7pm so you can’t contact in case of an emergency. It’s like you have to force her to update you.
Trying to book with her is a nightmare, I appreciate people become busy but I’ve contacted her several times and it’s either she’s booked up (conveniently) or her booking isn’t open and she’ll “contact me when it is”, which she hasn’t.
I have found a lovely couple that will give my dog what he needs and then some by a mile, who won’t leave him in a crate, give him pink eye and give him a safe environment he deserves whilst I’m away.
I’d avoid Tammy for home boarding, I can’t speak on the other services she provides (which are included in the home boarding) as I haven’t got any proof of how he was!

Even more worrying that you don’t have record of the incident? It was most definitely reported.
Aside from the pink eye, I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, seems fair? As I wasn’t told if it was another dog, poor care, hygiene so I didn’t think it was fair to discontinue use of Tammy if I didn’t have an answer to whether or not it was her as she didn’t investigate.
What situation is it that you’re referring to? I contacted multiple times to book for home boarding and was told XYZ. I’m sorry but the responses felt off and I can only speak from how the messages were interpreted.
