I have been taking my 2 guinea pig to Lovi pet hotel for a while now. They are just the best. Easy way for the booking on line. And they are always so lovely. Highly recommend
Can't recommend enough. My bunnies have stayed with Lovi Pet Hotel twice, and Maria is absolutely brilliant. I have older buns, 10 years old (one with arthritis) and Maria made sure my babies were well looked after, washing my bunny with arthritis as he couldn't clean himself properly and even made a little wheelchair for him. Thank you.
Our cat has stayed at Lovi Pet Hotel twice in the last two months. He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in February and we’d already booked two holidays so we knew he’d have to go to a cattery. We spoke to Maria and arranged a visit and were very impressed so Sid was booked in for his holiday. It was the first time Sid had been away from home and Lovi Pet looked after him so well. They managed his medicine and ensured he settled in. The cameras are fantastic to check how he was and it was really reassuring to see him relaxed and at ease. I thoroughly recommend Lovi Pet Hotel to really look after your cats - an outstanding cattery who really love cats. Thank you.
Amazing pet hotel for out kitten Mimi. It's a secure, well looked after, clean place for cats. It was so reassuring to watch our cat whenever we missed her and wanted to see her with the CCTV access they provide. That says alot about a business, and how confident they are that they are running a good place with nothing to hide. It was the first time our kitten had been anywhere but home and she was so loved and looked after. Maria runs an amazing place and loves the cats like her own. What more could anyone ask for. We will always use Lovi Pet Hotel without any hesitation, only the safest and best for our Mimi. Thank you Lovi Pet Hotel for everything. Look forward to many more future bookings!
The staff are very friendly and attentive. The room has a camera that you can see your cat when you enjoying your holidays. I am sure my cat Mimi enjoyed every moment in this pet hotel. Thank you so much for taking good care of my baby will definitely recommend it.
I cannot recommend Lovi Pet Hotel enough - boarding my cat, Archie, there for 1 week was a fantastic experience! He was well taken care of, safe, played with, petted, cosy, warm and incredibly well cared for. Having access to 24 hour CCTV of his enclosure was a blessing, and helped me to know he was safe and happy! The cat enclosures are so well designed, with lots of cosy nooks, enriching climbing posts, and a warm, clean and safe atmosphere. Maria was a star, and went over and above to ensure that Archie was safe and healthy! He got played with and petted everyday, and was checked on frequently, with great attention being payed to his wellbeing and safety! Thank you so much!
Maria from Lovi Pet Hotel went above and beyond to take in our two cats at very short notice when our plans unexpectedly changed. She took care of everything and made us feel very confident that our cats were in safe hands. The CCTV enabled us to occasionally sneak a peek at how the cats were getting on while we were away, including seeing Maria and her team playing with them. The cats also settled straight back into things when we returned-not something that has always happened after stays at other catteries. Would highly recommend.
We left our cat for 6 days. He was very shy but the ladies took good care of him, cuddling and playing. The CCTV is a great idea as we were able to keep an eye on him as well. The use of indoor and outdoor setting was great as he was able to roam at his own leisure which we could see he loved, especially as he’s an indoor cat. The check in process and picking up was simple and effective and knew he was going to be looked after well. A huge thanks to the ladies looking after him. We will definitely be sending him back in the future.
My 2 guinea pigs Smudge and Buddy stayed for a week when I had to go on a work trip. They had a large C and C cage and plenty of hay and hidey places as well as fresh veg. I was able to keep an eye on them via a webcam which was lovely and very reassuring. Maria also has Claire who know guinea pigs very well and they both had a lovely nail trim and a grease gland clean. I would highly recommend Lovi Pet Hotel if your guinea pigs need a place to stay!!!
We would highly recommend Lovi Pet Hotel. We’ve just used Lovi Pet Hotel for our 2 cats for 9 nights and it was fantastic. We went to visit before booking and Maria was very accommodating. From a thorough check in, to updates throughout, being able to see them on the cctv cameras if we wanted, we were really comforted by knowing the cats were happy. The spaces (indoor and outdoor) are larger than a normal cattery and you can tell Maria goes above and beyond to care and play with the cats. One of our cats is on medication and a special diet but we felt really secure knowing Maria was so attentive. It was like our cats were on holiday too. We will definitely be using Lovi Pet Hotel again!
