   A huge thank you to Natash for Roxy’s beautiful groom yesterday! I was quite nervous taking Roxy at first since we’d recently moved and had to change groomers, but Natash was so kind and reassuring from the start. She took the time to go through everything with us and made sure Roxy’s cut was exactly what we wanted. Roxy came out looking amazing and so happy! You could tell she’d had such a lovely experience. We’ve already had so many compliments on her haircut, and we can’t wait to come back next time. Highly recommend

   Fankie did a great job with our buddy, hes 7 years old and gets spooked easily by new and loud noises. This was buddies first visit to a groomers, so i wasn't expecting him to enjoy it. When i picked buddy up he seemed so happy and looked like he'd really enjoyed the bath and cut. Buddys hair is now super clean and smells great with a good shine to it. Also, the desheading treatment has helped with reducing the amount hair balls floating around the house. Thanks again Frankie, top job and a lovely person

   Took my dog for a groom today. This was his first time at this grooming salon. The girls were lovely, friendly and professional and I could tell they really loved every dog in there. My dog has come back looking and smelling gorgeous, they’ve cleaned all his ears, de-shedded him and trimmed his nails. Really impressed thank you will definitely be a regular ❤️

   Took our 13 week old maltipoo Teddy to Victoria at Short Bark and Sides today for his first puppy groom. Chose this place over others as a friend at work recommended it and i wasn’t disappointed! Victoria was lovely and so reassuring, explaining the process and ensuring Teddy felt safe with her. She also took some fab photos for us and we left with him looking gorgeous and smelling fab :) Thanks so much, looking forward to our next visit!

   Never sending my dog here again!!! He’s been here about 4-5 times since his original groomer had to give it up due to health reasons and never had a problem. My dad collected my boy today and they have absolutely scalped him. He came away patchy, not blended and long pieces all over him. His tail has been destroyed during this process also, my boy now looks like he’s a neglected, stray dog! I was so upset when I saw him and when I rang the groomers was first told it was because he was matted which he wasn’t, then he was like this because he had ‘bad behaviour’ my boy is 11 and has never had bad behaviour before so it makes me wonder what you have done to him if this is true. When he was collected my dad was told we had been informed he was going to be ‘cut short’ as they put it which he hasn’t been cut short, he has been scalped. When I spoke with them there was no apology, only a bad attitude and blaming the ‘worst groom I’ve ever seen’ on the dog. My boy will never go into this groomers ever again, I am so sad and upset at how they have treated him and he hasn’t been himself since returning home so be careful sending your dog to this groomers. Worst service ever !!!

   What a beautiful dog groomers our puppy Rocco had his first groom, and he came away looking absolutely fabulous. he actually smelt so good. We are so happy with Natasha and her natural loving touch she gives to everyones pets she's extremely professional her shop is of high standards (its amazing) We love how she gives all her doggies a complementary doggy bow or bandana, making the whole experience well worth it.
