   The first time I booked they cancelled the appointment unprofessionally over the phone. The second time I booked a highlight touch up for 1pm - when I came to the salon and spent money on travel two ladies were there and did not even look at me when speaking. They refused to do my hair and said it was booked as one colour as opposed to highlights (yet I had confirmed the booking multiple times over the phone). Please do not waste your time booking if you’re a person of colour. The lack of professionalism and support is evident. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would.

   Very poor customer service , I’v been there on three different occasions to book an appointment and each time they have been dismissive and not given me an appointment. Today the lady didn’t even offer me a future appointment , I believe it’s because I am Asian. And looking at the previous reviews I think they only cater for a certain demographic.

   MUST AVOID. Honestly the worst experience ever. I went to enquire about a haircut and find out the pricing. One of the worker rolled her eyes at me, and looked up and down at me, and had her mouth full of food. She then proceeded to mumble and point at the window and told me to leave. I have never felt so disrespected before, this was my first experience of a horrible customer service, they do not care about their customers and if they are happy. This business will shortly be going down the drain. Do not recommend to anyone!

   Good place to get a hair cut. Had a hair cut a few times there and the lady that cuts mens hair does a good job. And the place is not busy most the time and you can get a booking for the same day you call. BUT. Last time I went for a hair cut , she took another client on my booking time whitch would not be a problem if she actually done her job instead of just chating with a client. The way I see it , if I have a booking and I show up on time or in this case 5min earlier, I shouldn't be waiting for my turn just because someone poped up in the shop right before me. And if they do then please don't just chat with them on my time and do your job. At the end of the day I have places to be too. Anyways, literally 15 minutes past my booking time and watching her barely cutting and mostly chatting with the client I just left. I just think it's disrespectful to the clients to be so unconsiderable of their time. Had 5 stars before.

   Very unprofessional 5 minute haircut ... we were on time for the appointment for my two sons ,, it hardly took 15 minutes for both .. not properly cut and no care at all if customer is happy or not .. we have been there few times never felt welcomed... wnt be stepping my foot there anymore. My sons left there crying as it was very critical time few days to eid and they felt embarrassed to even face their friends! very very unhappy
