Andrea was amazing - took my cat at very short notice when he arrived from Cyprus. He was extremely relaxed and happy to be there. The cattery is beautiful and Andrea is obviously an animal lover. The whole experience was very easy and professional. We’ll definitely be back!
My three boys have had the pleasure of staying at Catsworth House cat Hotel twice now. Before this, they had never stayed in a cattery and I was extremely anxious at how they would cope. However, I had nothing to worry about as Andrea knows exactly how to give all of her guests the best possible care and she put my mind at ease both times. Andrea kept me updated and sent me pictures of my boys while I was on holiday. The cattery itself is in a beautiful location and the rooms are clean, spacious and have the best views overlooking the countryside. My boys have been truly spoilt and they are already booked in for another stay in a few months time!
Catsworth House is a delightful cattery , very well organised immaculately clean and welcoming Andrea takes an personal interest and responsibility for all her guests. Our 2 cats were a little nervous at first but under Andrea's tender care they soon settled. Catsworth is top of our list for the care of our cats for our future trips away. Many thanks
This is such a lovely cattery, Andrea is amazing and I know when I drop off Lilly (our Cat) she’s in the best hands. Lilly has been numerous times to stay now, she’s so well cared for and spoilt (they have a Tv to watch and food, what more could a cat want). The enclosures are a great size, she got space to play and sleep. Such a relief to know she’s safe and cared for while I’m away. Can’t recommend enough.
I am very happy to recommend Catsworth House . Thank you Andrea – our lad was so well cared for during his 3 week stay. As a 14 year old cat requiring twice daily injections, other medication and not being used to being in a cattery, I had a certain amount of trepidation about how he would fare for that period of time. However, from my first visit for a discussion with Andrea and to look around it ‘felt right’ and filled me with confidence which was not misplaced! When he came to stay, I was very impressed not only by the welcome and caring approach for him and his specific needs, but also by the professionalism and attention to detail. The cattery is bright, clean and well organised. Andrea provided updates and videos while we were away which was very reassuring. Our lad clearly settled in very well and was in tip-top form on our return - happy and relaxed. We are hoping to plan another visit for him again soon!
Thank you again to Aunty Andrea for a wonderful stay! Tinky didn’t want to come home this time! It’s always such a pleasure to come & see you at drop off & collection. I know that I can switch off, relax & enjoy my holiday without having to worry about the little man. In fact sometimes, I wish it was me coming to stay! Just wanted to say a big thankyou to Andrea for taking such good care of Arnie and Percy duing their 3 night stay over Xmas, spoiling them with tuna on xmas morning, they thoroughly enjoyed their xmas present as well off Andrea and are booked in for next year, thanks once again Judy Bennett
I've been bringing my cats Bonnie and Jet to Catsworth House for 12 years. As soon as I viewed the cattery I knew my cats would be well looked after. You just get a feeling and you know straight away if it's the right place. Janet the previous owner loved the cats like her her own and Andrea is exactly the same. My cats both need daily medication and I can go away with peace of mind it is administered. Their rooms are spotlessly clean with comfy beds and all the comforts they get at home. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrea and Catsworth House. Book an appointment to view and you will not be disappointed, that is what I did and never looked back. Has to be 5 stars, it's immaculate.
