   Yet another Super Cut !! from Hayley on my partners hair….Every time we arrive she is so attentive!, professional, polite and very friendly!!! I’ve observed whilst waiting for him how fastidious she is, asking questions on how his hair behaved since the last visit, taking on board what’s been said and modifying whilst checking with us on what she intends to do and advising on what she observes and changes in cut, blow dry and texturizing his hair…. Always immensely happy when we leave and rebook for another wonderful experience!! Hayley you are EXCEPTIONAL!! XX

   Bright and modern, everyone is welcoming and friendly. Fabulous Phil gives good advice and is an excellent colourist and stylist, taking time and care. Also great company throughout the process. Always a treat to go to Club 21.

   First time visiting here and I'm sad to say it wasn't a pleasant experience. The man that was assigned to cut my hair felt like he was in a great rush (although he confirmed with his colleague that he didn't have another appointment for another hour or so after me) and a few times he would ask what kind of cut I wanted and then cut me off before I finished explaining. The hair washing and cutting was in complete silence and while I respect if the hairdresser didn't want to talk, I saw him laughing and joking with his previous client so it made me feel very awkward not to have a word spoken to apart from what kind of haircut I wanted. The haircut overall was okay but it made me feel uncomfortable when the hairdresser said I now look "more modern". Not a good first impression and I won't be back sadly.

   Immaculate service! Five stars! It was my first haircut in a long time and chose here cos of good reviews on google. Sarah cut my hair. We had a wonderful conversation as she cut my hair, and I felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout my entire experience. I had a wonderful time and absolutely will come back again. Thank you!

   I’ve always been to Club 21 to have my hair done and I would never go anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I love my girl, Sophie. I can always rely on her to give advice when I change my mind on what I want done, which is all the time and I know she will be honest with me too. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

   After a disaster at another local salon, I needed help! Thank goodness I rediscovered Club 21. Sophie is my hairdresser and I will not have anyone else cutting my hair, she is a master of her craft. The rest of the girls are all super and the lovely Wendy is a brilliant person to have on the reception, so warm and welcoming. Super Sophie, super salon and super service. Thank you.
