I’ve visited Gemma three times now and she is amazing! I struggled getting the ashy colour I’ve always wanted, but she achieved it in one appointment (5hrs later, but definitely worth it!). I highly recommend this salon and wish I had found her sooner!
I’ve been three times to Gemma now and my hair honestly is in the best condition, colour and style. I am so pleased I was introduced to her. I travel over an hour away every time I’m booked in because she really does do the best job. I look in the mirror every time and i can’t help but say “I love it” pun intended. Absolutely LOVE IT!! Gemma was fantastic from the very first time I spoke to her, she is super knowledgeable and guided me with the right colours for my hair and brought my lifeless hair back to life. Found out about LOVE IT on Google as noticed it several times when driving past. I called for an appointment today. Fitted me in within an hour. Showed owner and stylist a photo of outcome of hairstyle. Taken well cared for. Talking throughout cut. Put treatments in my hair throughout. Felt like a princess and I…. LOVE IT!

I booked in with Gemma instantly when I saw her client results on her Instagram page & I'm so pleased I did! My hair needed a major refresh, it was so long & dull.
