   I always have a great experience at this salon! The team does an amazing job with both my colour and cut. They really listen to what I want and offer helpful suggestions and the results are always better than I expect. My hair looks fresh, vibrant, and beautifully styled every time. Everyone is friendly, professional, and makes me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!

   I can’t thank this salon enough! They managed to fit me in last minute for a colour and cut after I’d had a few disappointing experiences elsewhere, and they completely rescued my hair. From the moment I walked in, the team was so welcoming. They really listened to what I wanted. The colour is exactly what I had been trying (and failing) to get before and the cut has completely transformed my look. So refreshing to go somewhere who genuinely care about their clients. Highly recommend.

   "You replied to me 2 weeks ago, and I’ve just seen it now."I understand that refunds cannot be issued remotely, and I never asked for any money from you. I only mentioned the refund issue to express that I did not wish to be contacted further. It’s quite disappointing that you included that part in your reply just to appear on top — it honestly seems a bit unprofessional. You say that you “aim to take customer satisfaction very seriously,” but clearly, aiming alone is not enough. Yes, you did invite me back, but why should I return? The photo clearly shows the issue — it can easily be reviewed. The problem was with the front bangs, which were cut terribly. Later, I went to another hairdresser to have my entire haircut checked. I was so focused on the bangs that I hadn’t even noticed the back layers. The other stylist took one look and said, “Not everyone should be a hairdresser.” My hair was completely uneven — the right and left sides were totally different — and I had to have it recut. I’m sorry, but this is not how a customer can be satisfied. You asked me to remove my review, which basically means you’re asking me to stay silent about what happened. Please do not contact me again via WhatsApp after this comment. I kindly ask you to stop reaching out.!! Hello, Yesterday I came to your salon for the second time, traveling 30 minutes from my area because I trusted the quality based on my previous experiences. I had my entire hair cut and specifically asked for front bangs, showing a reference photo. However, the bangs were completely careless. I noticed that the two sides of my bangs were uneven; when I pointed it out, I was told it would be “fixed,” but the result was even worse. The left side is short, the right side is long, and the style I wanted is nowhere to be seen. I really wish I had asked the stylist from my first visit to cut my hair this time. Additionally, I asked for a blow-dry, but my hair was curled with a straightener instead, which was careless and unprofessional. When I got home, I could see just how uneven and poorly done my bangs were, and it made me very upset. You charge for this service, but the lack of care and attention to the customer is unacceptable. This was not the same stylist as my first visit, and the quality of the service was extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I will not return to your salon and cannot recommend it to anyone. The haircut I received is very different from what I asked for.!!!

   Been twice to have my hair done by the girls at Matisse now ,The team are a fabulous bunch warm welcoming and friendly. The place looks great, clean and well maintained. She did a great job with my hair from long and a bit drab to short and sleek I left feeling fabulous. Highly recommended
