   Booked in for a wash and blow dry as my usual hairdresser away on holiday. Greeted by a young girl who took me straight to the wash basin ( alarm bells immediately as a new client should have at least had a consultation even it was only for a wash and blow dry) I told her that I’d probably need a clarifying shampoo as I’ve used hair products. She washed my hair well and used conditioner. I showed her a photo of me after I’d had it done previously and said I like big hair and lots of volume ( my hair is permed) . She didn’t blow dry it very well as she made it very flat and used tongs afterwards which made it slightly better. I feel I was given a junior who hadn’t had much experience and wasn’t sure how to get volume by blow drying. I was charged £30 which I feel was excessive for what I had done and I was only there roughly 40 minutes!! Surely being a new client one would think they’d let someone with more experience and knowledge do my hair to show me what I could be experiencing at this salon. As it goes I would’nt even consider going back,

   After phoning a few hairdressers this is the one that got me there with amazing customer service from the lady on the telephone. It was abit of a deal for me because my 14 year old son has never had a positive experience with Barbers, he always left unhappy with his cut, leaving me frustrated each month! The gentleman hairdresser who dealt with my son at Heads Together was amazing, treated him like he's own person, explained everything thoroughly before doing anything, and for the first time in he's life my son left the salon with a haircut and huge smile on he's face! Immaculately clean, fairly priced and a really nice place with lovely staff i would highly recommend

   Just moved to the area and found them online. I sent an email and even though they were closed I got a reply. They got back to me the next day and made an appointment for me. Claire cut my hair and very happy. They are lovely and friendly and make you feel welcome, would definitely recommend!
