   Customer service was great, clean and polite staff. However, despite having a senior technician, she said she couldn’t add layers once the hair was dry as ok felt the length was still too long. The fringe also wasn’t blended with the rest of my hair, and overall it didn’t feel like I’d had a proper cut.

   I’ve been going to Joanna for nearly a year, and she has consistently exceeded my expectations. Every time I visit, I leave incredibly satisfied with the finish.    Kelsey styled my daughters hair for Prom and she did an amazing job! We are so grateful! Also, we received fantastic hospitality from the moment we walked in. Someone greeted us straight away and we were offered drinks as well. The staff were friendly and polite and made sure we were comfortable. They constantly tended to our needs which made us feel relaxed and well looked after. Thank you for a great experience!

   I came in with left over red hair that had been stripped by another salon giving me half orange and half pink hair. Most of it had frazzled and I was wanting to leave with healthy by blond hair without losing loads of length from it. The results were outstanding, and they listened to everything I could want. My hair looks incredible and after one session with Demi i went to a rose gold colour (no bandage or anything) and healthy looking hair. I was mainly with Demi who did all the highlighting/dying of my hair and then Joanna who cut and helped with the toning. I came in with my 14 week son aswell and the entire time every member of staff made me/him feel welcome and not an inconvenience for being there. (Photos before with the orange/pink and then the after almost being blonde)

   I've been here twice and both times have been very welcoming. They are on the pricey side but you do get what you pay for. They don't give you just give you a overall price. They go through each treatment you may need and break the cost down for you, so you know exactly what you are paying for. The staff are so friendly and informative ☺️

   Today I booked my curly cut from Tony and Guy Romford. The staff is very welcoming but Tony and Guy does not train its stylist for curly cut. Second visit and absolutely disappointing and expensive. Would not recommend anyone with curly or wavy hair to visit any Tony and guy Salon. I was charged full £55 for was and cut, but my hair were not washed to standard, I couldn't feel shampoo and conditioning at all. These were most disrespectful treatment I have ever received. The stylist Demi was treating me like a dirt bag. Never ever going back to Tony and Guy.

   Great service and advice by Ian on colour and style. Never had my hair coloured professionally before. Looks and feels fantastic. Excellent blow dry on my frizzy hair, which is now magically smooth - no straighteners required if you are a professional and know how to manage all hair types. Love it, thank you :)
