Incompetent Lizzie (Assessor) left my 11 year son in a cold Bradford office, while she sat in her warm Sheffield office, staring 'aww, I have you in my diary next week but the email you got states today 12.11.25, upps.' I told her 3 times at the risk assessment on Monday 'see you in Bradford on Wednesday' but it went on deaf ears. We will go with Evolve in Huddersfield, as this is the last time a company like this is adding to my 11 year olds trauma.
