   I came here with my 2 daughters as they wants hair cuts. Everything seemed all good the lady who cut the hair was nice. It was £16 each which I thought was wash it even a blow dry was included but it's not they charge £5 for each wash and blow dry which I was very shocked at. So am I'm being charged for water usage and electric? Also my youngest hair was longer on one side which I wasn't happy with but got that sorted else where. Will find somewhere else to go next time. Staff are friendly though!

   I normally go to my usual hairdresser been going 32 years but I wanted a cut wash and blow dry for a sudden funeral .. for a start they left suds in back of my hair which was actually noticed by stylist but not rectified then she blew dry my hair before cutting it ??? I did question this as Ive never had my hair dry cut ever !!! Then with very quick tiny snips she just cut sides.. no putting my hair up in clips to do underneath like my usual hairdresser does, then she used thinners all over my dry hair then blew dry it again put hairspray on it ?? It’s a short bob .. then that’s it finished,just 25 minutes later I’m walking out £48 lighter in pocket .. when i got home my daughter said mum your hair is uneven at the sides one side half inch longer than the other and it looks horrible I could have cried .. anyway after funeral went to my usual hairdresser who was horrified at the quality of that cut, she spent an hour putting it right, said to me that is by far the worst haircut she had seen since she was a teenager at college studying 40 years ago !!!

   I went in for wash and blow dry I believe I payed £25 I had an extremely important urgent matter going on at my business adress which was arrested to me while I was washing my hair so I didn’t pay attention to details at the time due to stress at the moment. My hair was half washed, I asked the lady when she just started blow drying my hair if she could give me a minute because I couldint hear what they were saying to me on the phone, she came back after a minute said she can’t wait. I said it’s fine don’t worry you can carry on. I called the next day to say my hair is half Greasy and not washed properly. I was speaking to the mananger forgwt her name but that’s what she told me she is. -then she calls me aw yea your that rude lady from yerstoday - i was taken by a surprise how rude she was by having the edacity to speak to clients like that -then she goes hair gets greasy over night because of sweat, then I said it doesint justify half of my head being dirty and I actually bearly sweat especially at night I don’t. - she then said well then your not normal. THIS IS CRAZY HOW A MEMBER OF STAFF CAN TALK THE WAY SHE DOES AND NOT GET FIRED. IM SORRY IF ANY OF MY STAFf WOULD DARE SPEAK TO MY CLIENTS IN SUCH WAY I WOULD FIRE THEM ON TH LE SPOT.

   Great Service. Had hair cut and styling. Cindy was my hairdresser and I have had her on numerous occasions. Her work is excellent. So much patience and attention to detail. I did not wait long and left feeling a million dollars. Thank you! Definitely would recommend.

   Had a fantastic haircut by Jo a few weeks ago at Supercuts. Customer service was fantastic - walked straight in at 10am without having to wait and I was seen to straight away. The haircut I had was exactly what I wanted (I showed photos to Jo who knew exactly what to do straight away). Super clear communication throughout and I walked out extremely pleased. Awesome job, will definitely be coming back when my next haircut is due!
