   First time getting my hair permed and I had a wonderful experience. My hairdresser was Vanessa and she was able to achieve what other salons couldn’t in one session and it’s been 2 months since having my hair done by Vanessa and I have no complaints, the perm has maintained and is so healthy still. Her service was really reassuring, calming and welcoming. I highly recommend Vanessa and I have already booked to come back for a retouch.

   Went in to get my eyebrows done - this was far from a good service, I was asked to sit on a hard chair whilst getting my eyebrows and upper lip done, got charged £10 and it looks like it was me doing them, it looks like it wasn’t someone professional doing them. Next time I know where not to go!
