   Had an appointment today 11am, made form a week ago to make my hair perm, when I arrived they didn’t have product to do it and offered to reschedule, they didn’t called me to let me know, they had one week to make their stock, I left very disappointed , I was looking forward to this appointment , I would not recommend to make an appointment with them ,

   I had my second appointment at 10.30am this morning for roots, cut and blow dry. Unfortunately I was Sat there waiting for more than 30 mins without out an explanation or apology that they were running late. The hairdresser that I had booked had just started to put highlights on a lady when I arrived. Obviously they had "fitted her in". Then one lady had her hair cut and another had her roots done all whilst I was waiting. I didnt even get offered a glass of water. Very annoyed and tgey definitely won't be getting any of my money
