   Leah dyed, cut and styled my hair for me and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She took time to make sure I was happy with what she was going to do. She was also friendly and made me feel completely welcome, as did all the staff. Not the best photo but the colour was lovely! Thank you!

   I’m leaving this review as a warning to anyone thinking about getting their hair cut here. I asked for a blunt angled bob—a very straightforward, simple cut—and what I received was the most uneven and poorly executed haircut I’ve ever had. The entire cut was crooked and mismatched all the way around, with no consistent angle, blunt line, or shape. At the time I didn't realise how bad it was , as the lady who cut it (pretty sure her name was Olga) kicked out the ends so all the unevenness was completely disguised. It was not until I got home and straightened my hair, it become painfully obvious. Because a blunt angled bob is already a short style, the mistakes are now extremely difficult to fix without cutting my hair even shorter, to the point where it would end up sitting around my ears. That’s how badly the cut turned out. I went for a consultation at an actual salon afterward, and the stylist there told me it was one of the worst cuts she had ever seen. She also confirmed that a blunt cut is typically one of the easiest cuts to do—yet in my experience, Supercuts still couldn’t get it even remotely correct. I contacted the salon and later emailed head office, and both gave me the same resolution: to drive all the way back in and have them fix it. Given the quality of the initial cut and the distance involved, that’s not a reasonable option for me. Do not waste your money here, pay the little bit extra and go to a proper salon where they've actually had training to cut hair.

   I had my haircut and blow-dry with Leah yesterday and I’m so happy with the result! She has a special way of making you feel comfortable and truly cared for. Every time I visit, she understands exactly what I want and makes my hair look amazing. Thank you, Leah – you always make me leave with a big smile!

   Very disappointed with the wait time so having joined the siting queue and had 7 people ahead of me and given an approximate time of 1hr and 20 min I was supposed to get a text 15 minutes before. I was on a tight schedule so thought to just get to the shop even if I had to wait a few minutes it may speed things up. I arrived at the shop after 1 hr 15min of joining the queue and apparently there were 3 people ahead of me but with three stylists I thought surely it shouldn’t be that long but I actually sat waiting in the shop for over another hour. The hair stylist was actually very friendly and did a nice cut. But their timings need to improve

   I had a colour package here and it was a great experience. The stylist I had (Lucy) was absolutely perfect. She listened to my requests, told me about other options but didn't pressure me into them, and I came away with exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend this branch

   I had bangs cut and they are absolutely awful! Too short and way too much hair was cut when I made it obvious what wanted. I am very unhappy. Also the price is expensive for a cut

   Horrendous!!!! If I could give it 0 star I would. I came in on a Thursday morning with wet hair and asked if I could just have a wash and dry. Got seen straight away when I said to the woman can you use a clarifying shampoo she pointed at the volume one I said no and had to show her what one it was. When I sat down in the in the chair she started sectioning the hair ready to use the round brush on my dripping wet hair ( most hairdressers should know that you should rough dry the hair 70-80% before sectioning and using and round brush and smoothing out the hair). I said to her don’t worry about using a round brush just rough dry it with a paddle brush and then Straighten it it will be a lot faster for you as I have thick hair. So she rough dried it with her hands then she stopped and started to section my hair I though ok she doesn’t want to rough dry it any more and I could feel that my hair was still damp. she got the straightener out and started straightening my hair STILL WET !!!! Not only was it still wet but she was pressing down so hard on the straighteners that it was pulling my hair and snapping the ends after 2 sections I jumped out of my chair and said it fine Iv had enough and went to the tills and paid but looking back on it I shouldn’t of paid and spoke my mind. This lady should not be on the salon floor. And she want even the cheapest. I can’t see how she was even a qualified hairdresser. It goes to show that this company doesn’t not care about the quality of hairdressers and just about making money. Well hears a little advice. if your a good hairdresser 9/10 people will stick with you for years.

   Came for a wash and cut. Stylist was very friendly an provided decent haircut. Although I did ask for a layered haircut she ended up just doing a straight cut. I wasn't too fussed as I was in a rush. Customer service was good too.

   This has to be the literal worst, most wonkiest haircut I have ever had in my whole entire life. I asked for a small trim to neaten up the ends and for it to all be one length. I think worst part is, the wonkiness is literally not even on both sides. I had to book another appointment somewhere else to fix the mess. I left the salon with greasy hair, wanting to cry and was also charged extra because my hair is long. Never again.
